Hi there! My name is Dee Greene and I am married to my Husband Nick Greene. We have three beautiful daughters who are our biggest helpers (most of the time). I am the dreamer and he is the practical engineer. I have been dreaming of having an event venue for as long as I can remember. He is the capable hands to help build that dream from the ground up. I started my event rental business in 2022 and since then have been curating special events, but most importantly, building connections with incredible business owners who offer incredible services to meet any need. I LOVE referring others, so please let me know if you are looking for something, I can most likely help you find it.
We are passionate about being the caretakers of the Trafton School House. We have spent countless hours ensuring its comfort and function! I love making connections with everyone I interact with and will follow the lead of the guest! Do you want recommendations? I would love to provide them for you! Do you need a special backdrop or party favors or other decorations? Do you need a welcome charcuterie board? A private Chef? I have made connections with local business owners in the area ready to provide the experience you need.

I have driven by this building for over 10 years when visiting my friend, dreaming of what this space could be again to the community! Through hard work and connections I was able to become the new caretaker of it. We are so honored to be here. We are getting the space ready to host outdoor parties and events (hopefully later in 2025) to breathe a bit of life into the old school house! We are so honored to be a part of the Trafton School House's next chapter.

There are many reasons this property is unique! A beloved elementary school established right before Washington became a state. The legacy of families in the area that attended school here! The stories here are endless! The inside was beautifully renovated into a home and we have ensured it is welcoming and comfortable for large families and parties to gather!
