The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is missing some basic utensils / accessories especially for such an amazing kitchen.

Family Trip

The house was just as advertised. Great location with a peaceful setting; 2 minutes from I-5 but tucked away off a rural road. New interior and appliances; mattresses were comfortable, bedding and towels were in great condition. Large family gathering areas for eating and for leisure.

Baby Shower and staycation

We had my daughter’s baby shower here. Her and her friends were able to stay the entire weekend. It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend to anyone wanting a large home that has all the amenities for any type of gathering!!

Beautiful home! Could be better organized… lots of “junk” in the kitchen drawers. Windows need cleaning and the tub in the bathroom downstairs is somewhat clogged. Overall an amazing house that we’d definitely stay at again.

Great for Nature Lovers

This property has a ton of space inside and out. I feel like it is a great stay for those who choose to venture out or stay on the property. Tons of kitchenware so you can do your grocery shopping and be set. Some things worth mentioning. The lower level had a few large spiders. Maybe it’s normal for the area, but they were larger than anything I’ve encountered. The stove was giving off excess gas, so we ran the overhead fan the duration of our stay. The trees on the property are beautiful and deer frolic around the property.

Sewing Retreat 2024

I hosted a sewing retreat for 4 days for 8 women. The house accomodated the 8 of us and our sewing tables well. It is beautifully situated in a lovely, quiet area. It was clean and for the most part adequately equipped. The kitchen/dining area setup is great for hosting small gatherings but we found the kitchen lacking in many necessities, as in missing spoons, melted utensils, no hot pads etc. We made our meals so I took a trip home to pick up things like tea kettle, (which I accidentally left behind when we left), cheese grader, baking pans, more casserole dishes and few other misc. items. Overall, this was a great place for our group and a great value. We plan to visit again but will be better prepared next time.
