Ucluelet Moorage is a bright downtown harbour-view condo overlooking the marina. Enjoy sweeping views of the harbour and surrounding old-growth forests from the large private balcony. This beautifully designed two-bedroom suite features handmade live-edge cedar furniture, a cozy fireplace, and an open-concept living and dining space — creating the perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and West Coast style.

With queen beds in both bedrooms, a sofa bed, and spacious dining for four, the suite is ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a central and comfortable base. Walk to local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, or explore nearby trails including the Wild Pacific Trail and Pacific Rim National Park, just a short drive away.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, and all cooking essentials. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided, along with a blender and drip coffee maker.

Cleaning items are provided by local company Mint.

Pet-friendly (1 dog max). Owner is open to 2 dogs potentially; please ask. Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls provided.
Please ensure dogs do not chase wildlife such as shorebirds and do not allow on furntiture. Your pup must be kennelled when you are out to avoid damage. Further instructions provided in the house guide. $50 per dog before applicable taxes.

Enjoy safe and scenic travel options with a designated multi-use path (MUP), perfect for walkers, bikers, joggers, and strollers. During summer, take advantage of the free shuttle bus from town to the info centre.

Additional transportation options include:
‱ New public bus transit connecting Tofino and Ucluelet
‱ Bike rentals, including pedal bikes and e-bikes
‱ Rideshare via Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)
‱ Pre-arranged Tiki Bus and Pacific Rim Navigators for larger groups
‱ Budget Rental Cars available at Tofino Airport (pre-arranged)

To reach Tofino/Ucluelet from the mainland, take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria, followed by a scenic 3–5 hour drive. You can also fly into the local airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines or seasonally take a float plane from Vancouver Harbour to Tofino Harbour.

BOOKING POLICIES:
‱ Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
‱ During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
‱ Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
‱ 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
‱ 5–10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied
‱ Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
‱ Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different
‱ Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is held (not charged) the day of check in and released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred if you are booking direct.

The location is perfect for us, overlooking the docks, super close walk to everything. The property is super well stocked with everything you could need, clean, and spacious enough for our family of 5. The hosts are super helpful and easy to communicate with. We have been back two years in a row and already booked in for 2026!

Comfortable condo harbour view

The condo is lovely, comfortable and has everything you need. Loved the view of the dock and location was very convenient for meeting the guide to go fishing at 5:30am. Erika was very welcoming and responded quickly to my queries. Great stay and will happily repeat!
