Located in South of Abilene (Wylie neighborhood), this lovely house boasts 5 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queen, 2 full, and 2 twin/single beds. With 2.5 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC for a comfortable stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. 1 large TV in living room that connected to Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. 2 smaller TVs with Roku in two bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests (families with children) or group of 10 adults comfortably. Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, and laundry detergents are provided. High chair, pack and play, walker, and bouncer are available upon request.

*No Pet Policy - (no pets. Any violations will incur an additional minimum deep cleaning fee of $500)
*No overnight guests that are no on reservation
*No party or smoking

***While our water heater is high-capacity, more than 5 consecutive showers can challenge even the most robust residential systems. To ensure everyone enjoys a hot shower, we recommend a brief 'recovery gap' after every few uses to allow the tank to reach its full temperature again.***

Stayed at this property for a weekend with extended family for a family reunion in the area. Loved the space — we all had our own bedrooms! The foosball table was the winner.. my son now wants one at home! The couches were comfy and just the right space for us to get ready for reunion and relax afterwards. Lots of TV watching options too!! We certainly recommend!

We had an excellent stay! We were in town for a 42 domino tournament with 14 people, and nine of us stayed at the house. It was the perfect setup for our group.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook breakfast each morning before heading to the tournament. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches throughout the house, like the lights in the lower kitchen cabinets, the oscillating fan in every bedroom, and the luggage rack in each room so we didn't have to keep our suitcases on the floor.The back porch was another favorite spot. The chairs were incredibly comfortable, and the guys spent a lot of time relaxing out there between tournament events.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

This house was great! Definitely believe all the reviews saying how clean it is! The owner takes such great care of the property, I have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The high chair, baby toys, and toddler plates and utensils were so convenient. If we’re back in Abilene, this is the only house I’ll be renting from now on.

I’m sorry to hear about the hot water experience. Our water heater is rated to handle standard groups perfectly, but with 9 adults showering consecutively, it simply needs a little time to recover between uses.
