This was a beautiful stay in Surf City! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the beach and for going out to bars and dinner. Definitely recommend!

Our stay

Cute little house. Lacks some kitchen amenities, TVs would have been nice in rooms, cleaners did not do very well-we went behind and swept, mopped and disinfected. The house overall very nice, cute and would stay again.

Great location and beautiful inside! Wish that there would be more kitchen utensils (barely enough for a family of 4), a small vacuum for helping clean up sand, and a toaster. Not deal breakers, but just would’ve made the stay a little nicer. We would definitely rent here again as the beds were comfy and it was private even when on the main deck.

It’s a nice house, beautiful view. The table was very wobbly and we were all terrified it was gonna brake at any minute. Our first full day there the swing rope broke, I contacted the host and they said they would send someone out, they never did. I texted them again Monday and again said they would send someone out and they didn’t, no one ever came to fix it. Which sucked cause there was only 4 chairs and 6 of us. They made it seem like there was a bench but they put a railing up so you can’t sit on it. The house was very clean, big enough for all of us. Check in and out was easy. Could use some more kitchen space, it’s small and not much room to store things.

superb beachfront and ocean/bay views. Situated exactly in the middle between the tip of South Topsail shopping area and the Surf City pier. Bike access to both. The property itself is a lovely house that appears recently renovated, updated. Very clean, comfortable. No odors. Quiet home, quiet beach which is not at all crowded. No cell service in the home. Wifi speed needs to be better. Any streaming even of just music (we did not use tv) was challenging. Other than that, we loved it! Would absolutely return,

Can’t beat this beach front property. Perfect size for a family or couple friends. The outdoor shower was everything, didn’t have to worry about tracking in any sand to clean up. Very good communication with questions. Wonderful to have both an upper deck and lower covered deck to enjoy the ocean view with sun or shade. Didn’t have any trouble internet speed for streaming movies on the main floor. Maybe a little slower on the second floor. Was pleasantly surprised by the linens, pillows, starter TP/paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and travel size shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom. Was so nice not to have to pack or buy all of that upon arrival. The photos don’t do justice to the three bedrooms and two full baths with an additional half bath/laundry room on the first floor. It’s clearly all been renovated and updated including new appliances. Would 100% stay here again and was sad to leave.
