La belle maison OCEANFRONT FOUR BEDROOM est l'endroit parfait pour accueillir des souvenirs pour toute une vie. Niché sur une étendue de plage premium parsemée de maisons privées, ce joyau de trois étages offre une vue fantastique à la fois sur les ponts supérieurs et inférieurs.

L'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur a un double garage fermĂ© et une entrĂ©e. Le premier Ă©tage a un salon et une cuisine ouverts avec un mur de fenĂȘtres donnant sur les eaux scintillantes. L'accĂšs au premier Ă©tage Ă  la cuisine et au salon est une caractĂ©ristique que de nombreuses maisons en bord de mer n'offrent pas. Vous ne rĂ©alisez pas Ă  quel point c'est agrĂ©able jusqu'Ă  ce que vous n'ayez pas Ă  monter trois volĂ©es d'escaliers Ă  chaque fois que vous allez de la plage au salon. L'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur dispose de 4 chambres, dont 3 en bord de mer. Les portes des chambres s'ouvrent sur une vaste terrasse offrant une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur l'Atlantique. Admirez le lever du soleil depuis votre oreiller. Surveillez les gousses de dauphins qui courent tĂŽt le matin et en fin d'aprĂšs-midi. Des fruits de mer frais peuvent ĂȘtre achetĂ©s quotidiennement auprĂšs des pĂȘcheurs locaux qui apportent leurs traits et les vendent au marchĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du pont-levis Ă  5 km. Marchez sur des kilomĂštres dans les deux sens sur la plage. Recherchez les dents et les coquilles des requins prĂ©historiques. Le son n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas et offre de superbes panoramas au coucher du soleil.

Les villes de Wrightsville Beach et Wilmington (aéroport international) sont à moins d'une heure.

We had another wonderful stay at Escape Hatch! Paul is very responsive and a pleasure to coordinate with. The direct beach access is awesome and walking along the beach is so relaxing. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and seeing the dolphins in the morning is the highlight of our stay. I love that the kitchen is so well equipped and there are several grocery options within 10 minutes, as well as restaurants and other eateries. The house is clean, cozy and beds are comfortable, with games, books, and easy to use smart TVs. Plenty of room for our family of four and could comfortably accommodate more. We will definitely be back!

Loved the spacious upper and lower decks for view of the ocean and the nightsky! Large beach in front of house. Easy check-in with good instructions to locate lock box.

Super convenient access to water

We’ve been visiting Topsail for years as most people do. With our kids getting old enough to surf and swim completely unattended this place is fantastic. There was plenty of space to keep all our boards in the garage or under the deck. The easy access to the ocean and the view from inside the house was incredible. I loved being able to just walk out and surf anytime the waves cleaned up.

Spacious House with Three Oceanfront Rooms

My children, parents, husband, and I especially liked the large living space being on the middle level as it meant less steps to and from the beach. My mother recently had surgery, so we were worried about that, but she was able to get down and back up on her own with no problems. We all enjoyed sitting on the covered deck every day and playing games at the large dining table. Kitchen was well equipped, AC was cold, and it was nice to secure cars in the garages.

Escape Hatch Review

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Escape Hatch! Our large family gathering was made even more special thanks to the great layout and inviting atmosphere of the home. The main living area is perfect for hosting, featuring a spacious dining table for shared meals and a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and connect.The dual decks and Ocean views were a highlight—we spent many hours enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery. The house is filled with natural light and has an open, airy feel that made it great to spend time in.The beach is both beautiful and accessible. We had a blast playing cornhole, surfing, and soaking up the sun. The bedrooms are generously sized, and three of them open directly onto the upper deck, offering ocean views and it is great for evening stargazing.The location on the island is ideal and is a quick drive to nearby shops and essentials. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left with great memories, and we would absolutely love to return to this property in the future.

Thanksgiving

The property is in a great location with ample space. Rooms were spacious and furnished well. We just had two minor comments - the stove top runs very hot. The upstairs shower/tub combo only has water for tub - the shower did not work. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would rent the house again. Also, I have already recommended the place to a friend.

Beach weekend

This was a great house for an over 50 guys weekend. Bedrooms were comfortable. The covered deck looking out over the beach was awesome. Perfect location.

Lulled asleep by ocean waves, awoken by stunning sunrises.

We were very lucky and had perfect weather! Staying on the beach was so nice and my family members and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house had everything we needed. We would stay here again and appreciate the memories created.

We love Escape Hatch!

This is our second year staying at Escape Hatch. Me and a group of girlfriends take a beach break every year. The location is perfect, beachfront living! Paul was very diligent throughout the rental process while there. We had a hiccup with the AC that was a new unit issue and Paul stayed on top of it and had the repair company there quickly! We will be back again next year!!!

Great Family Escape

This was our 3rd stay at Escape Hatch and we have truly enjoyed each visit! Paul is a great host and his vacation home is absolutely wonderful! We love the layout of the house - it is very spacious and comfortable. Having the living area on the first floor is definitely a plus and the views of the ocean from both the living area and the upstairs bedrooms are amazing! We enjoy using both decks and being only steps from the beach is simply fantastic (especially with toddlers)! Our family beach trips to Escape Hatch has become one of our favorite weeks of the year and we are very grateful to the Graupners for making it available!

Escape Hatch joy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Escape Hatch. We go for the effects of the surf & star gazing, so the fact that the neighbor's security light to the east shines too luch on Escape Hatches back deck put a damper on that but we enjoy the house and the area.

Great Beach Trip

We go to the beach every summer. This was a wonderful house that met all of our needs. We are planning to stay there again next year.

We are British ex-pats who used to vacation on the island many years ago when our children were little and we just keep on returning! Now we are empty-nesters and have bought a house so we can keep visiting this gem of an island. We have always loved being on the water and smelling the salt air and knew that one day we would buy a house here. We visit as often as we can and are very hands-on to ensure that the property is well maintained and in super shape!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When we discovered Topsail Island back in the 90's we knew it had everything we wanted... beautiful quiet beaches, plenty ( but not too much) to do, good restaurants and a laid back atmosphere with close proximity to Wilmington. We purchased this home because the island remains as quaint and as unspoiled as it was back in the 1990's and the house is just beautiful! We love the tile/wood floors, the large windows, the decks, and the views! The house is clean, uncluttered and a lovely place to relax.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quaint quiet town with private beaches. Soft sand with plenty of sharks teeth, warm waters, beautiful sunrises, and dolphins swimming past.
The house is just lovely and the multiple windows/doors give great views even from inside! The living area is NOT on the top floor and you don't miss a thing ~ other than tired muscles from going up and down stairs all day.
