We were in town for a wedding. Family-Friendly! The house was so perfect for our family. Very clean, spacious and centrally located for our needs.

In town for a wedding

Great stay! We were in town for my cousins wedding at the Mankin Mansion which was about 15 from the property. It appears the area is being gentrified - but overall, location was very quiet. The neighbors who would walk by were very pleasant so that was a plus. Property had everything needed to accommodate my party. The snacks were an added touch although we didn't take any but a thoughtful gesture.Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns - much appreciated! Makes it easier to have direct contact with the host instead of having to communicate through the app or through agents.

Buyer Beware - This is a 3 Bedroom not 4 like Posted

Host: The host was very responsive.Neighborhood: The neighborhood looks like it is in the beginning stages of gentrification. That said, one friend saw a prostitute a couple of blocks away when driving to arrive to the home. I definitely wouldn’t take walks alone at night.House: This is a Three Bedroom home, not Four Bedrooms as the title of the posting says. If you are counting beds in the photos, the last bed in the posting is a duplicate of one of the other rooms. Also, the bathroom in the master is extremely small. There is zero counter space. It is smaller than most half bathrooms. The plumbing in the home is older. You have to flush the toilets several times and when you do you heat it in all of the upstairs rooms. The foundation of the home seems off, and the floors on the lower level are sloping or sagging floors.Overall I would not recommend this to anyone but especially if you have children or older people, they could easily have injury in this home.

Good experience

The overall stay was a good experience. - host was quick to respond to any questions - place was clean, neighborhood quiet and clean. - easy to use pin door. - easy to sleep at night, no traffic noise 3 full bedroom while the 4th room had a couch/futon. We were looking for 4 full bedrooms but made it work. I wouldn't have counted the 4th room as a bedroom but I'm not sure if they had another option to list it as something else. Overall a good experience, would recommend and stay again.

Great home, great experience

Wonderful home in a residential neighborhood with very friendly people. Great front porch with some seating, fenced in backyard and good kitchen amenities.
