This Saturday to Saturday vacation rental, by owner, home is the perfect back drop for your vacation memories.
This newly constructed, one story home has a comfortable, modern aesthetic with three large, well-appointed bedrooms each with a full private bath. All three bedroom are fitted with queen beds. Washer & Dryer
The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with stainless appliances and stocked with modern dishware and serving pieces that invite great family meals on the large farm table, which seats 8. An open floor plan allows seamless transitions between the living, dining and kitchen areas.
A rear deck is private with an Ipe deck. Cast Iron patio furniture set, a shaded dining area, and a gas grill allow the festivities to continue outdoors.
Central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, and parking for three cars make this home away from home….. yours!
Walk to town, Chappy ferry, Stop & Shop, and bike to the beach! This new home located on a quiet road one block from Edgartown elementary school and tennis courts.
