We had another wonderful stay at this property! The kitchen/dining/living layout is fantastic — it creates a great social hub where everyone can hang out, chat, and relax without getting in the way of whoever’s cooking. The space just flows so naturally that it makes gathering feel effortless. We also loved the little deck in the back, which is perfect for morning coffee. The location is ideal, with quick access to Edgartown and everything we enjoy in the area. I could go on, but suffice to say, this place is delightful and we’ll absolutely be back for a third visit.

Exceeded Expectations!

The house was exactly what we were looking for! Great location (short walk to Edgartown center), very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful backyard, and with everything available that you would need for a comfortable stay. Our host, Susan, was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations!

This is a perfect cottage and location. You can walk into Edgartown and cycle to South Beach. The cottage is well equipped and very clean. The host’s communication was thorough and organized. We would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend in Edgartown

Fantastic cottage so convenient to everything in Edgartown! Nicely appointed and super clean. Good mattresses. Easy communications and check-in. We would definitely return! (There seems to be a smaller partner cottage adjacent to True Blue, and it could be nice to have extended family and friends staying together this way.)

This cottage is perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Here's why we highly recommend this property: The property was impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bedrooms were cozy, the living space was inviting, and the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. Important for us is that the kitchen was huge and well equipped. The deck with Adirondack chairs was very chill. The location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated near a decent convenience store, the Edgartown Seafood Market and several outstanding restaurants & shops. Also, the main business of section Edgartown is walkable. We communicated with the host shortly after arrival and our question was answered promptly. We are planning on booking here again next year.

Cozy house in Edgartown

Best features are full (great features ) kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable master bedroom bed, close to town and lovely back yard. Tight quarters in master bedroom and at bathroom sink area. Owner and property manager are great communicators and very responsive. We had a super time and covered lots of the island and even Chappy with a 3 night stay. We would gladly return for more extended stay in the future.

Stunning Cottage in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard!

My husband and I were immediately captivated by the online pictures of this quintessential Martha’s Vineyard home. However, I must tell you that the pictures do not do this gorgeous cottage justice. This historic, charming, immaculate home is beautifully updated and attractively decorated with a modern kitchen, which was chock-full of supplies, a well-stocked laundry room, a lovely dining room with a cozy fireplace, two adorable bedrooms, and an attractive living room which opens to a comfortable deck overlooking an enchanting backyard. The location was perfect – a short walking distance to historic downtown Edgartown, fine restaurants and grocery stores. Susan, the owner, was super communicative and responsive. We would like to return to this picture-perfect cottage in the spring for a longer stay.

A perfect Birthday trip

The cottage was absolutely a dream! For our first trip visiting Edgartown it could not have gone any better. The location was a perfect walking distance to downtown as well as the grocery, a brewery, and restaurants. Susan was extremely helpful with suggestions and provided very timely and informative responses. I can’t say enough about her and her cottage. We fell in love with Edgartown and can’t wait to come back to the cottage! Thank you so much for making my 40th birthday a dream come true!

Annual Vacation week on MV

Adorable cottage within walking distance to Edgartown center. We have rented several homes through the years and this cottage was a home run! Well appointed kitchen, clean linens and cozy outdoor space for grilling and just hanging out. The only downside was the bedroom mattress was just too soft for our personal liking but not a deal breaker- we hope to rerun next year!

Lovely home in MV

We stayed for the weekend and loved this home! It was cozy and comfortable inside and the backyard was great. The location was super convenient, really liked being able to walk to Stop n Shop, Bad Martha’s brewery, and into the Main Street of Edgartown. Would totally stay here again!

Two old friends exploring Martha's Vineyard

Two old friends, retired teachers, explored Martha's Vineyard for a few days. The True Blue Cottage did not disappoint. The location was good for walking to downtown Edgartown as well as accessing other points on the island. Check in and parking were easy. We had a slight problem with a shower knob, and Kara, the caretaker, took care of it immediately. The rental was comfortable with a lovely yard and charming kitchen. Overall, this rental is a good value.
