Walking around Downtown Martinsburg is easy and safe, but it would be our recommendation to have a car available for traveling to great areas such as, Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, and Antietam National Battlefield. Uber is available but can be a little slow.

Plenty of paved parking available at our residence. Bring your bicycles for riding on rural roads & the C&O Canal NHP towpath or the Western Maryland rail-trail.
