Ft, grande véranda, grande terrasse arrière, deux deuxièmes balcons de l'histoire, deux cheminées, une grande piscine avec jacuzzi, un peu plus un bloc de la plage dans le calme, quartier résidentiel à une courte distance de marche de beaucoup de restaurants, bars, boutiques pittoresques, des galeries, des boutiques. Just a beautiful property, we had my wife’s 60th weekend getaway with other couples and we were all super impressed ! Clean, well appointed, all amenities worked beautifully.

The house was simply fantastic for our group, reuning high school friends in our 60s. Great hang out space, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the hot tub were highlights. All in easy walk to beach and town.

Great Rehohoth Experience

This premium house has everything one would need for a large family vacation. It is very spacious, very well equiped (2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers!) great pool and hot tub. Best of all for visitors with small kids, it is just a block and 1/2 from the beach, so easy to come and go.

We stayed in this house years ago. It is perfect for a large group and we really enjoyed it. The owner was super considerate when we arrived early, as it was very hot out and he let us sit inside until the house was ready. I will say though, the house is dated and can use some work. There were a few things that didn’t work (one dishwasher isn’t completely installed) and we had issues with the hot tub heating. It kept turning off and was not easy to turn back on (and the property manager was not happy we called several times). And the pool was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Love the house, but is over priced for those reasons. And, if you actually need a parking permit or not is misleading. We were told we would, and parking enforcement said we didn’t.

Perfect for a women's retreat

We had a great time at the house. It was lovely and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, the beach, and were just a short drive to Dewey where we had brunch. The house was very well set up for alone time, group retreat time, and fun. Also the property manager was very responsive!

Perfect girls mini vacation

We stayed at the property located at 114 New Castle Street. The house is well-maintained, clean, and well worth the money to rent it. On check in day, the property owner visited to introduce himself and to ensure that we knew how to operate everything. I highly recommend staying at this property. This house was great - even in the midst of a storm it had everything we needed and was just a short walk for the beach. David was also quick to communicate and answer any questions we had!

Super fun stay!

Had a great week ... plenty of space for everyone! Added bonus that every bedroom had a full bathroom - soooo convenient. Love that there was so much sitting space so we could all be in the open concept bottom floor comfortably. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we ate outside twice! The front porch was my favorite- we even got to sit outside in the rainstorm! Thanks again!!

Best place for a big family getaway!

This property is exactly as listed but even better. We had five adult couples and two children and it was perfect for everyone! Plenty of space to spread out or be together. The hot tub and pool were the place to be when beach time was over. Being able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk was a plus, so we rarely had need for a car. The house was well appointed with pretty much everything you need, especially the kitchen. We would definitely stay at this place again!

I was very satisfied with the communication. House was very comfortable and great area to entertain. Especially with kids, you can see them when they were in the pool. Some minor upgrades needed within the house but other than that we had a great time.

Wonderful place to connect with friends and family

This house is very well kept and the location can’t be beat. We stayed with 3 other families who we are close friends with. It was a great space for us to all reconnect while also being able to spread out to take care of our respective kids without tripping over each other. Property owner and manager were very responsive and helpful with a pool maintenance issue we experienced. The whole experience was well worth the trip!

We have an amazing time in this beautiful home. Would have given it 5 stars except the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working properly and was leaking. Other than that, we loved the home and had a great time!! David was the best host and extremely prompt.

Rehoboth Vacation

We are a family of 14 and the house was perfect! There are two rooms with 2 bunk beds so we could do boys and girls rooms. Then 4 rooms with Kings and 2 with Queens Every room has a bath room and then one more half bathroom downstairs! All rooms are nicely appointed! We were there for July 4 so the grill and pool area were lots of fun My son was pleased with the grill David was a wonderful host and was readily available

This house was IT!!!!

Although we had some issues with check-in that were quickly resolved by the property manager, the entire stay was sooo nice! The house was perfect. I would most definitely go again when the pool and hot tub are available! As a result of the issues at check-in, we were allowed to check-out in the evening on Sunday, which practically gave us an extra day of fun and relaxation.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We brought our whole family to the beach to celebrate 50 years of marriage. We had 2 grandparents, 3 adult sons and their wives, 9 grandchildren ages 8-15. The house was perfect for us. We had lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. The walk to the beach was very reasonable. David was responsive and kind when we needed him a few times. We would definitely stay here again.

Jeff Smith owns several properties in Rehoboth which are listed on VRBO. This home was completed in June and is a beautiful home with many high end features. Great service staff to turn over rentals, local builder and repair people who will be attentive to any issues.
