Step into this modern, impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the Grand Victorian, located directly on the beach in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and enjoy the convenience of being just steps from the Pier, amusement park, shops, and restaurants.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a comfortable living and dining area with unobstructed ocean views, and a spacious covered deck—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun.

The master bedroom features a king bed and sleeper sofa, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and a twin. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for the whole family. Additional comforts include central A/C and heat, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed wireless internet, and TVs in every room.

As our guest, you'll also enjoy exclusive access to the Grand Victorian’s amenities, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, and fitness center. Parking is included for two vehicles—one onsite and one in a nearby lot (standard for all units in the building).

All aspects of the stay were excellent. The condo is very nice and in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and activities in easy walking distance. Beach is great for walking. Cindy was an amazing host. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she personally met us at the unit to assist us. Communication from the property management team was great leadiing up to our arrival. Entire experience was a 10.

We had such a great time. Being off season we knew some stores and restaurants would be closed but found plenty of places to shop and eat! The property was not only right in the heart of OOB, but centrally located between all the places we wanted to visit; Cape Elizabeth; Portland, Kennebunkport, Wells, York and Ogunquit. The property itself was clean and well equipped with modern appliances and furnishing. When we were not out and about we spent a lot of time on the balcony which was well furnished and offered great views of the beach, the pier, the amusement park, & town. We would definitely come back again and stay at the same property without any hesitation!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway During a Special Occasion!

We stayed at this beautiful 2-bedroom beach condo while in town for my son's graduation from UNE and it could not have been more perfect. The condo was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee with a view every morning was a real treat!The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind throughout our entire stay. It really made a special weekend even more memorable.The location was ideal—close to the university, great restaurants, and of course, just steps from the beach. We’re already talking about coming back for graduation again in May 2026 and even for a real vacation in the future. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful time at this property over New Years. The condo is adorable, very clean and a lovely view of the beach. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and although we didn't need any beach supplies I noticed towels, some sand toys and beach chairs, which I thought was nice. Cindy was so helpful and always responded to my questions quickly. We hope to come back in the summertime because the location is amazing, right next to the beach and pier. We will definitely book again!
