This condo is an absolute must for anyone looking to stay at old orchard! The kids and I were able to do just about everything that’s offered by the pier in one day!We had such a good time and with the position and views this condo offers it’s a once in a lifetime unforgettable experience!!We strongly recommend anyone staying here :)

We had a wonderful stay even though the weather wasn’t great. Our host was amazing and responded quickly and was so kind. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a place on the beach to stay here! 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space and location!

This place was exactly as advertised, even better! The location was so fun, being able to see the beach and pier from one side, and Palace Playland on the other! Well stocked, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful kitchen. I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to OOB!

Fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at Brianna's condo. It was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Perfect location just next to the beach. Check-in was easy and quick. Very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love hearing the music on the deck from the Myst downstairs and watching everyone on the Pier. Perfect beach vacation.

This property was a great unit in the building with great views of the pier and beach. Very spacious as well. There is a lot within walking distance. The host was VERY helpful and great at communicating. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I went for a long weekend. My family were camping near by. This condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and up to date. The owner was quick getting back to me when I had a question. Check-in was super easy. We hope to rent from her in the future. Highly recommend.

The condo had a fantastic cross breeze that was helpful when the AC froze up. The Owner worked tirelessly to ensure the equipment was serviced and also went the extra mile to have a portable AC brought in.
