Very nice place, clean and a block off the beach and near restaunts. Host is very easy to reach and answers quickly. We had power go out in the town but generater kicked in. I would stay again.

I can’t rave anymore about Luis and his place! It was perfect for our families week stay. Clean, nice balcony, very effective air conditioning, he was super quick with communication and gave endless options for us to visit since it was our first time. We appreciated everything!

Quiet Stay in the Middle of Everything!

We had a great stay at Casa Peace Haven. Luis was very responsive and helpful in finding local food and entertainment. We visited several beaches and locations and were always grateful to come back to a quiet restful night. Sitting on the back patio at night was very enjoyable. We will come back and visit again!

Quiet, Ideal Location

We stayed in the downstairs unit, which has two bedrooms. The rooms were all clean and well-kept. The three air conditioners worked great. Recommended.

A Hidden Treasure!

Everything’ went exceptionally well! The house was clean, well kept, stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. It was conveniently located to everything, in a clean and quiet neighborhood, near many nice restaurants, one block away from the ocean, which can be heard from the house back terrace while laying in a hammock. The host, Luis, was attentive and cared for all our needs! Absolutely no complaints :-) Keep it up, Luis! We will definitely come back!

Excellent location for a family with kids

We are a family with 2 kids: 7 and 13 years old and we just loved our two weeks in this house. The house is located one block away from a very quiet beach. We tried other local beaches but this one was the best. Our kids spent all the time on that beach and there almost no other people there. We stayed on the second floor with a huge balcony where I worked some of the days. The apartment had separate bedroom for each child which was great. The TV has Disney Plus subscription with a lot of options to watch with the family. The house is not at all luxurious but it has everything we needed for a simple beach life. Kitchen was equipped and we cooked almost every day. There are bunch of great restaurants around, we mostly went to Olajas Bar having a local fish for dinner. Once again, amazing place to go with a family.

This home is beautiful and in an amazing location, within walking distance of the beach! When we arrived, we checked out all the rooms. Unfortunately, the first room had a ceiling leak from the previous day's rain that had dripped onto the bed. While I was initially concerned, my family didn't mind at all. We grabbed a bucket, and they were perfectly happy sleeping there because the rest of the house was so cute and impressive.The most important thing to me was communication, and the Host was incredibly responsive. I let them know about the leak, and they immediately credited us 50.00 for the mishap.Overall, we had a wonderful experience despite that minor issue, and I would absolutely stay here again. Please note there is no pool at this property, but it has dedicated parking and is super close to the beach, making it the perfect home base for visiting family in Aguada. There are also amazing restaurants and drinks nearby. Just a heads-up for families: quiet time starts at 10 PM, which was actually wonderful for us adults, but I highly recommend bringing some board games for late-night indoor fun. Highly recommend this place!

Great house, excellent location, loved the food

First off, Luis is the best host you can ask for. His communication with us was great throughout the stay. He even offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. He feels like a friend. The house itself was great. We had everything we needed for the week, and it was very clean. The location is awesome. A short walk to the beach, close enough to town, and the bars and restaurants on the strip were better than we could have hoped for. We’ll be back.

A minuets walk to the beach!

Our stay at Casa Peace Haven was great. The home is nice had the basics that we needed to have a comfortable stay in Aguada. It only takes a minuet or two to walk to the beach and about 15 minuets to drive to Rincon. I would definitely stay here again.

House was great!

The house was great! We stayed on the 2nd floor. It had a big outdoor space with a table and hammocks to relax. Beautiful back yard. It is right at the beach which was great for our kids. The house was perfect size for my family and I. My family and I really enjoyed staying here.

Peaceful Relaxation at Casa Peace Haven

Our stay at Casa Peace Haven was everything me and my family could ask for starting off with great communication with the owner Luis and the accommodation he provided us with. The house had everything we needed for our needs A/C in everyroom, satelite tv, wifi they even had the refrigerator filled with bottled water a had a fresh fruit bowl filled with fruit for us. The house is very cozy and spacious and very clean and in an excellent location. The best relaxing part was each night you can lay outside on the back porch and relax in the hammocks provided with the rental and hear the waves from the ocean. Me and my family will be back for another stay and will for sure recommend to others. Thanks

Excellent Stay at Peace Haven Beach House

Our stay at Casa Peace Haven Beach House was over all an excellent stay i could not ask for anything more. The service i recieved from the owner Luis was great the communication was excellent, the house was very clean and comfortable and was fully equiped with me and my familys needs wifi, and a/c in every room and satelite tv. The house was in a excellent and safe location also you can hear the waves from the ocean as your relaxing on the hammock. Also we were welcomed with a fresh fruit bowl and the refrigerator with filled with bottled water. My family and I will be back again for another stay and will recommend to others.
