This beautiful one-bedroom, single-level condo offers stunning bay views and all the comforts of home. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. Enjoy entertainment with flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Step out onto the back deck to watch boats enter the bay, complete with a gas grill and comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing or dining al fresco. This condo is strictly non-smoking and pet-free. Conveniently located within walking distance to the lake, boat rentals, a playground, and one of two outdoor pools, it’s the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a cute one bedroom tucked in next to mostly 2 bedroom condos! The water views can’t be beat! Very spacious for a 1 bedroom! Bathroom could use a little refresh, wall paint above shower peeling and toilet seat discolored, but overall loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot say enough about the accommodations...from the easy check in/check out to the well stocked kitchen necessities. Parking was the only SLIGHT issue. Apparently our little cul-de-sac was the popular place to be this weekend ;) Tiki Turtle was the place for relaxing drinks and entertainment. Can't say enough about this place.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit and we loved the resort. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Our unit was nice and well stocked. Our only issue was parking. Our condo was on the 300 loop and all of our neighbors had 2 or 3 vehicles plus golf carts. We often had to park a great distance away and walk to the room. Each house should have one reserved spot. This would be our only complaint and this would make us hesitate before coming again.
