Located in Sunriver Resort's newest community Caldera Springs, 56233 Rockcress Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,841 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 4 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.
Inside this executive home, you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents, a frame trusses, and high-end finishes throughout. The great room seamlessly blends living, dining, and entertaining areas into one open and inviting space. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
âą Great views of the Ponderosa Pines from the back patio that offers a hot tub, gas barbecue and furniture
âą Spacious living room with flatscreen tv, floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, and comfortable seating
âą The kitchen features stained knotty alder cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, 6-burner cooktop, wall oven/microwave and walk-in pantry and Nespresso machine.
âą Primary king bedroom includes flatscreen tv, private access to patio, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, tile shower, and double sinks
