Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in the heart of Nags Head. This cottage is just a short stroll for the beach access, making it easy to spend the days soaking up the sun and surf.
You'll love being able to walk or bike to nearby shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and cozy coffee spots.- everything you need is at your fingertips.
The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms.
-A queen bedroom
-A bedroom with a full bed and a door that leads to a deck
-A bedroom with a twin over full bunk setup- great for families or small groups.
There are two bathrooms, including one with a walk in shower that is located in the primary bedroom and another with a shower/tub combo for added convenience.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen is bright and comfortable. The updated, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home whenever you feel like a quiet nighty in.
Dowdy Park is 4 blocks away and offers a playground, basketball and pickleball court, and events such as free live music, free exercise classes and local goods markets.

The home was beautifully decorated with lots of conveniences (soap, shampoo etc..) that made us feel welcomed. The beds and bedding were wonderful.

Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Clean, & Spacious

Perfect house for our family group. Enjoyed the decks. The house is very quiet and peaceful and in a very convenient location. Easy walk to beach and short walks/drives to grocery, restaurants, etc. Super clean and plenty of spaces to spread out. Enjoyed the rockers and porch swing, and had dinner on the deck which was great.

The best time!

This was the first time we have visited Nags Head and had the best time! The home was perfect for us and our old pup! The house was well stocked, clean and very cozy. We look forward to booking our next trip and stay here this Fall. The manager was great at communicating with me and gave some great tidbits on the area. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for our family!

This property was immaculate! So clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were pretty with soft sheets, lots of pillows and comfortable beds. There were wonderful touches like nice soap, shampoo and body wash, plentiful towels - even a makeup remover washcloth. There’s coffee next to the coffee maker and an array of spices in the cabinet. There was a throw blanket on the couch and extra blankets in the living room and bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all the rooms Lots of windows to get the sea breezes at night. The water pressure was great and warm water flowed quickly. We LOVED the covered front porch with a large dining table, rocking chairs and a swing. HOST: Our host was very responsive and even gave us a list of places to try near the house. She provided a baby gate so our dog could roam freely while we were on the deck. She was kind and responded to any questions almost immediately. She even gave us recommendations for a trip to Duck. LOCATION: The beach is just 3 short blocks away. You can walk to 2 different coffee shops and a grocery store. If we had brought bikes, we rarely would have gotten in the car. You are close to the main drag but there is not much road noise, especially at night. We were in the middle of everything but also felt tucked away. Overall 11 out of 10. We wish we could have stayed longer! We plan to return soon. Highly recommend the birdhouse for your next OBX adventure.

The cottage is in a fun location You can walk to shops, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Dowdy Park which is 4 blocks away offers a play ground, basketball and pickle ball courts as well as love music and free exercise classes in the summer. Sea Green Gallery, Front Porch Cafe, Food Lion grocery store, Noosa Beach Grill and Booty Treats are just a few of the places in the neighborhood.
