This large dual floor but quaint house in Auburn is now your home. The guest quarters on the second floor downstairs.

Experience the Tranquility Guest Suite with a cozy full sized bed, 1 twin roll away upon request, Full bath, and a lovely sitting area with a couch and table for additional space. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer; as well as, free complimentary  toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, and more. The tranquil guest room suite was great. Clean and Comfortable. It was like having your personal Bed and Breakfast. The host was very accommodating.

Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip.

UTMB stay

Immaculate space. Owners very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail and extra touches for guest comfort. We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available.

The place was immaculate but the security system was too complicated and the rules of behavior in the home were too restrictive. I did not feel comfortable or welcome in the home. The host was very nice, however the noise of the small fridge and air conditioner kept waking me up. I didn’t get any sleep the one night of four that I had reserved. I ended up staying with friends and, of course, there was no refund available. I think if I could have rented both rooms and the shared space in between that was listed it might have been ok, but basically not being able to use the “den” area for fear of disturbing the other guest was off putting. If you are someone who just wants a bed for the night and likes to isolate in their bedroom it would be perfect.

Hello Margie, I’m a bit sad that you didn’t feel welcomed. That’s a new one for us! Please know usually Airbnb are for rooms and VRBO is for whole homes. So maybe check there next time. I explained to you in the beginning that renting the whole bottom floor inclusive of 2 rooms,2 baths and a den.. wouldn’t be possible due to another renter who had been in the room next to the den for two weeks. Also I explained that it would be rude having people watching TV next to his bedroom door when there is a TV and sitting area in your room. In my opinion…that is only being respectful of the other person; wouldn’t you agree? However, I do apologize about the noise from the refrigerator. I know when the freezer is adjusting it makes a temporary buzzing sound for approx 15 min. Also, please know that when you stay in the next BNB if you have a open wound please look for areas that you might have bleed; although it wasn’t a large stain.. I still I had to scrub, de-stain and sanitize the sheets, comforter and bed protector before washing. In the guest book it tells you where the cleaning materials are. So YES…I spent an additional 45 min of my time that I didn’t charge you for. So to see your review.. blows me back! But it’s ok! Just sounds like we weren't a good fit, because we’ve had plenty of success. But hey I wish you the best 😊 -William & Candice
