It is an up and coming area with a rich history, tasty local eats, unique things to do, and booming real estate.

RULES
-We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay
-Parties and events are not allowed
-Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap.
**If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean**
**If staying longer than 28 days we will require a standard Ohio lease agreement to be signed, proof of employment, and income verification. Stays over 28 days legally make you a tenant and we need to follow standard tenant placement processes.**
We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
****Early check-in (1pm - 3pm) OR late check-out (1 -2 hours after 10am) will be an additional $25.00+ and must be approved by Host prior to check-in. ****
***Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave. We respect our neighbors and do not want to bother them.***
***This unit is located in a duplex with other tenants and guests. You will hear doors closing, neighbors chatting, etc. Everyone is very respectful and most are working professionals. Please keep your own noise to a minimum as well.***
*The current rate is the property`s winter rate. Rate for April to October booking is roughly $300 more.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
