Welcome home to a charming 1-story bungalow in east Columbus, where you'll enjoy:
â Newly renovated house - brand new kitchen and bathroom
â Easy access to CHM airport - just an 8-minute drive to the main terminal
â Reserved parking on site for 2 vehicles (stacked, in a large driveway)
â Three comfortable bedrooms with high quality mattresses (queen, queen, full)
â Centrally located and close to freeway (<10 min drive to Ohio State Campus, Wexner Medical, Ohio State Fairgrounds, Nationwide Children's, and CMH Airport)
This home was newly renovated in 2025, featuring a brand-new kitchen and bathroom!
You'll park at the front of the house, in a large concrete driveway. The driveway is long enough for 2 vehicles and additional parking is available along the street in front of the house if needed.
Step inside through the screened-in front porch - a great spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the breeze. Please note that 3-4 steps are required to reach the front door.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, eat-in kitchen with a dining area for four, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located near the bathroom, while the third is through the kitchen, down three steps, in what was originally a small attached garage (now fully finished space, with windows and HVAC). Please note - this third bedroom has two exterior doors - one opens to the driveway area, and the other opens into the back yard. To access the back yard, guests will need to go through the third bedroom or walk around the house from the front.
Kitchen: we've provided a stocked kitchen with most things that you should need for basic cooking. A Keurig coffee maker and is available and we'll provide a few pods to get you started. We also have an electric kettle and a french press, if you prefer to bring your own ground coffee.
Bedroom arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, smart TV
Bedroom 2: Full bed, smart TV
Bedroom 3 (lower-level room): Queen bed, smart TV
Basement & Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for guests to use in the basement. There's also an unfinished utility bathroom here in the basement, with a shower, toilet stall, and utility sink. We have not included this in the bathroom count on the listing since it's unfinished, but the fixtures are functional.
Outdoor space: enjoy the screened front porch and the huge back yard - lots of room for kids or pets to run around. The back yard is partially fenced and there's a locked storage shed on the property.
