All three bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There is also an alcove to the side of the hallway with twin bunk beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. This unit offers Spectrum streaming service. - Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
Comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property. STR#514300

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet/per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
