Great location and view. No washer and dryer in the condo, had to pay in laundry room down the hall. Charge for stained towels but do not offer dark face towels for makeup.

Had a great stay. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet. The furniture in the living room has been updated since the pictures online were taken. Looks a lot better in person. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

We loved it! It was a great spot! Right on the beach and in the middle of Destin. We could get to everything easily. We would love to rent this property again!

Everything was nice. Check in was easy. Resort was not crowded. If you want to get chairs for the beach you can do so starting at 9am as you are walking out to beach. The guys were helpful and friendly. There is a pool and hot tub there. Loved the gift shop and the staff. The room was nice a typical beach house. I must add, if you don’t want to rent chairs for the beach you can set up your own or use towels behind the resorts rented beach chairs. You can not bring your own umbrella. They have a pizza place that delivers or you can grab a snack from the gift shop. There is also a wafflehouse across the road. You will park and go in for check in where they will give you a tag to hang in your car, no gate code needed. Hope this helps

Great hotel stay

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Great location. The only thing that could have been better was the internet connection. We would definitely stay there again.

The Property itself was great! Location to beach perfect. The actual room was just okay, it was older very noise when sitting on balcony due to the AC unit running while you're out there.

The condo property is great! Indoor and outdoor pool and right on the beach!

The condo property has many great amenities, the condo itself is in need of a lot of updates, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa and sleeper within it were very broken down.

Hi Courtney, we are glad you enjoyed the many great amenities this property offers with spectacular sunsets and views of the Gulf from the 17th floor private balcony. The property owner is aware the sofa and sleeper needs replacing and is getting pricing to do so. Additionally, requests have been submitted for pricing to repaint and re-floor the condo along with replacing the balcony furniture. The living room TV has been replaced.
