Upon arrival the HVAC unit was not working. The unit was far too hot to stay in. While I understand HVAC systems break down, the response was less than professional. We arrived in a Saturday and were told no one was cling to look at it till Monday. We had to find an alternative hotel at 10pm the weekend of an NFL game. The city was sold out. No compensation was offered. Very disappointed.

We’re quite surprised to receive this review, especially given the efforts made to assist you. When the AC stopped working, we immediately offered to upgrade you to a larger, premium unit free of charge, which you declined. We then delivered a portable AC unit to your suite, which was also refused. Ultimately, we issued a full refund for your stay and provided a receipt. We always aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly, and we believe we acted in good faith throughout your stay.
