It was in a nice area close to Xavier University! It is a unique find with a lot of history with the house and carriage house. Check in was easy and the communication was quick.

This was such an adorable property! My son and I both loved it. Everything is exactly as pictured and it’s very well located. We even saw some neighborhood deer as we drove up. It was easy to check in and out and our hosts always responded quickly. We hope to stay here again!

A fun, warm and eclectic place for an affordable price. The place is pet friendly. The host kindly provided keurig cups and check in and out could not have been easier. Will be recommending this place to everyone.

Such a fun little place. The decor was bohemian, eclectic and warm and comforting. Everything was clean. The host was kind enough to provide Keurig pods (thank you!) and check in and check out couldn't have been easier!I will recommend this place to everyone!

We’re repeat guests at this sweet and cozy property. It’s a great value with lots of character, and perfect for a few nights (especially if you won’t be doing a ton of cooking- the kitchenette is well equipped for what it is with an air fryer and toaster oven, but not suitable for big meal prep.) The property is well maintained and the grounds are lovely. It’s our go to place to stay for weekends in Cincinnati!

The property where the carriage house was located was gorgeous and convenient to the city. We were very comfortable in the space-bed was great as was the shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Quiet peaceful and beautifully historic property. Hosts and neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking our puppies in the neighborhood and letting them run around the spacious grounds.

Just returned from a six night stay at the Carriage House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as advertised. The grounds are beautiful, safe and located in a neighborhood that we just had to explore. The Carriage House itself is comfortable and is filled with Old World Charm. It's a perfect place to stay with plenty of space to relax. The living room is a great place to read or watch tv. The bed is super comfortable and with the kitchenette you can make a cup of coffee or enjoy a cup of tea . There is also a toaster oven and microwave. This was our first time to Cincinnati and we had no idea what to expect but this property is conveniently located to downtown. We took a riverboat cruise, saw a Reds game and visited the Krohn Conservatory. Check in was easy and both Matt and Heather were available to make sure our stay was comfortable. If I have a chance to visit the area again I would only consider staying in the Carriage House.
