Dedicated off-street parking space, private use of pool (the pool area is shared only in December 2026 thru Jan 6th otherwise it is Private), Kitchenette, Grill, Outdoor seating, Spiral staircase to private balcony outside sitting area & entrance, accommodates 2.

Very clean place to stay. About a 10 to 15 minute walk (stroll) south of old Saint Augustine, restaurants and shops. Great location! The towels in the bathroom were awesome, and the host was very attentive. The bed and the room was very comfortable. I would recommend for sure.

The porch was delightful to unwind on and relax from a busy day visiting St. Augustine. Only after dipping tired feet in the refreshing pool. A lovely oasis to getaway for our anniversary.

We loved the porch and the garden the most! Inside was adorable and had everything you need for one or 2 people. It was cute & cozy. Super close to downtown as well. We had a great time! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would love to come again! Can’t wait! Thanks to Chuck, he’s a wonderful host.

The owner Chuck was a phenomenal host. He was prompt and thorough with his communication. And gave us great insight and suggestions for the area during their Night of Lights event. He consistently followed up with us to ensure everything was up to par and going smoothly. We actually met Chuck while checking out. Very personable and engaging. The property itself was amazing. He provided all the necessary amenities. The place was very clean and very well maintained. We loved the private pool area. Along with the lush landscape. The private balcony was also a nice feature for relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again!

Once we got the key/lock issue resolved it was a great stay.My favorite spot was rhe back yard garden pool lighting water fall feature very very nice. Quiet and the ambience much appreciated. Really enjoyed this area.The upstairs patio was nice as well.The room was very clean comfortable for two.I will say this property does have a spiral staircase leading to the apartment, so if you have knee or joint issues you may want to consider this.Overall a very nice stay.

Yes, the gate shrinks and swells with the rain. Get it to latch properly. Sometimes you have to pick up on it. It’s something that I plan on working on replacing that lock. Thank you for letting me know but I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.
