Nested atop a safe, peaceful suburban neighborhood, this iconic five-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a perfect getaway for large visiting families. Make the house on the hill yours for the weekend or an extended stay.



The Space:

This uniquely architected house features a magnificent two story cathedral window, and an abundance of light filled space. Upstairs, there are two rooftop decks of spectacular views, and an attic game room.



The nearly four acre grounds boasts gardens of native shrubs and perennials, a fountain made of imported stone, a huge backyard with plenty of parking, and a fledgling orchard maze (soon to be transformed into an organic “food forest”) of over 100 cultivars, including various apple, pear, peach, and mulberry trees as well as rhubarb, grape vines and blackberry bushes. Adjoined by a small primary forest.



Guest Access:

There is a keypad entry to the front door. We will send you a message (via the booking channel) with the entry code three days prior to your scheduled arrival.



The Neighborhood:

We are in a great location, just outside the Town of Ithaca with frontage to 96B, an approx. six to nine (6-9) minute drive the Ithaca Commons (“downtown”) and a quick three to five (3-5) minute drive to Ithaca College. Access to the Upper Buttermilk Falls Trail is right around the corner, and there is an abundance of beautiful nature trails nearby.



Interaction with Guests:
