Un magnifique, entiÚrement rénové, trois chambres à coucher directement sur le lac Cayuga, mais à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville Ithaca. Notre maison a une vue spectaculaire sur le lac, un plan d'étage moderne et belle, la construction haut de gamme et les détails. Les fonctions spéciales incluent une cheminée face lapidée, frappant en planches larges et cuisine moderne avec tous les nouveaux, les appareils modernes. Premier étage salle de bain complÚte et chambre d'hÎtes. A l'étage, vous serez enchanté par la suite de maßtre avec une vue plus magnifiques sur le lac. Allée est proche de la porte d'entrée. Façade privée et d'un quai. Kayaks, Canoë. Service Internet rapide avec wifi, A / C, Lave-linge, deux téléviseurs HD, lecteur DVD, foyer au gaz, refroidisseur de vin.

Raisons pour louer cette maison:

1) Son directement sur le lac Cayuga avec une vue imprenable depuis le pont et le quai, prĂšs des Ă©tablissements vinicoles, et aussi Ă  seulement 5 minutes du centre ville Ithaca restaurants et magasins, et Ă  moins de 15 min. des collĂšges.

2) Il est entiÚrement rénové, moderne et bien construit. Le mobilier est belle et nouvelle.

3) Vous pouvez conduire presque Ă  faire la porte d'entrĂ©e, aucun escalier majeur Ă  la maison (comme cela est courant sur le lac Cayuga). Cependant, vous devez ĂȘtre en mesure corsĂ© et le pied sĂ»r. Il existe un chemin avec une sĂ©rie de mesures concrĂštes.

4) Il ya 5 salles de bains, 2. toutes avec de nouveaux carreaux de verre et de beaux détails.

5) Deux kayaks sur la propriété, un canot, quai privé.

6) La maison est assez grande pour deux familles à partager. Nous avons 3 chambres et une salle de bonus (avec canapé-lit), plus un canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire dans le salon. Nous permettons jusqu'à 10 adultes et 4 enfants supplémentaires, pour un total de 14 personnes.

Qui peut louer:
Maison ne convient pas pour les fĂȘtes de nuit bruyantes / fin. Aussi, dĂ©solĂ©, la maison est pas accessible aux handicapĂ©s.

What a gorgeous home! Beautiful property with well-stocked kitchen and many thoughtful extras. Excellent location near town and the state park, but mostly we were happy staying home enjoying the view! Excellent communication and instructions from the host. We had two members of our party who found the steps down from the parking spot a tad challenging, but agreed it was worth it, and did not hinder our enjoyment in any way.

This place is even better than the photos — we woke up every morning to the most stunning views of Cayuga Lake right from the living room and master bedroom. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided recommendations for restaurants and other activities for the area.

My mom and I had an amazing time in Ithaca! The house was beautiful. We used the kitchen, bbq, decks and game room. We had hoped to use the dock and toys. But the weather had other plans. Next time we are back we will hope for warmer weather! But the rain did not limit the view. Oh my the view! My daughter and a couple friends came by for dinner one night. It was the highlight for them and for us. They are in crew and their daily routine is to row out to this stretch of the lake. So fun for them to see it from a different perspective. And for mom and me to be able to be a part of it. I look forward to coming back! But hopefully for longer. A great spot for families!

Great location for our stay. Close to Ithaca, wineries, waterfalls and other activities. House was clean and well equipped. Great park and dog park just down the street. Like others noted, the house does not have a yard for a dog to run-around but has space for the early morning or late night business break. Good fishing right off the dock - just realize there are stairs to get to the water (they are in great shape). Owner provided quick and friendly communication. Would stay again.

Beautiful Lake house! The view of lake was unbelievable. Beds were comfortable and all linens we needed and more. Kitchen had every appliance needed and everything else for cooking. Dock and boats were great too.

Perfect 2 days

At a previous stay at a different location whenwe arrived things were not like the pictures on line. When we arrived here everything was just like it was described and what the pictures showed.........even better. It was my 4 sisters and myself that enjoyed those 2 days. If the only thing we could complain about is the need for new toilet seats and moving the toilet paper closer then you know the home was near perfect.

Pretty close to perfect

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Beautiful house with a great view of and access to the lake. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for sleep. We made use of the grill and the various outside seating.The only downside was the early morning rowing team practice that was easily heard with the way sound travels across water.

We had a short, but lovely stay. The house was spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Great communication with the host. We appreciated the notes taped up around the house with info/instructions for various things, like how to lock certain doors, or the contents of each kitchen cabinet/drawer. We were there during winter and parked in the upper parking area given the snow. There is a long staircase from the upper lot, which is clearly communicated in the posting, so we knew to expect it. We actually enjoyed the walk down. It is not handicap or stroller accessible though. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Our stay was too short, but everything was just what we needed and expected. Super clean, right on the lake. Upper parking lot on a busy road but we didn't hear any of that from the house. Many thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Unbelievable views and beautiful property

We booked a quick trip, last minute for our kids' fall break and could not have been more thrilled with this property. The house is beautiful and the views you just have to see for yourself. It is so peaceful and serene. We loved the decks and sitting on the dock. I can't say enough about the property itself which was very nicely decorated and very clean. Aside from the house itself, the location is my favorite in the area. You are right on the lake which is so quiet, but you are also a quick drive to Ithaca & Cornell campuses. We went to Taughannock Falls and Ithaca Falls on this trip. It is very close to Treman also , but we ran out of time. There are great restaurants/wineries/breweries close by, but have to come back for a longer trip. From someone who books often on VRBO, we LOVED this place. Also, dog friendly and we brought our dog everywhere with us!

Have to drive everywhere

The house is on a busy street. You must drive to get anywhere including somewhere to walk your dog. The house is lovely and well maintained. There is a rusty pipe under the corner of the dock that one of us cut themselves on while swimming in the lake and the steps leading into the lake are very slippery

Life on the Lake

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful cottage that had every amenity you would ever need. It was only a mile from Cass Park with a very expansive dog park so we could let the dog get his exercise. We will hopefully be back to Ithaca next year. So relaxing!

Gorgeous home and views in this bright, peaceful place on the lake

This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained home, with dock and two level large (new) wooden deck right on the lake on a quiet stretch of road just outside of Ithaca (so close to everything in town). The large windows give ample natural light and provide stunning lake views to the large kitchen/living area and the primary bedroom. The spacious deck with ample, quality deck furniture was great for enjoying the view and fresh air, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely look for this home for a future stay in Ithaca.

We are an Ithaca family of five. We lived on Cayuga Lake at our other listing, 889 Taughannock until our youngest was born. That property has been a vacation rental since 2001. We purchased this house because it is absolutely magnificent.

We work hard every week to maintain our properties. We replace fixtures and appliances often. Our cleaners do a great job.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house is only one mile past the Hanger Theater so it is very close to downtown Ithaca but it is a world apart. We are near Cornell University and Ithaca College (3 miles). We are near the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are near Taughannock Park and wonderful hiking trails. However, the road is not appropriate for dog walking so you will want to drive to the dog park at Cass Park.

Our new two story deck is a stunner. You can relax just outside the living room with easy outdoor dining. We have two kayaks and canoes on the property including life vests in many sizes. You can park your boat at the dock. Inside we have gorgegous wood floors and stone work.
