Awesome place!

A wonderful stay in a totally retro home. The owner was great. Very communicative and left lots of snacks and drinks for us. The home is close to downtown Evergreen, Evergreen Lake and many hiking trails. Highly recommend!

Perfect mountain oasis

The property was absolutely stunning. It was so serene and created the perfect getaway weekend. The owners were phenomenal, they were super hospitable and were quick to respond with any questions I had. Overall, we had an amazing time, it had a homey and vintage vibe to it, absolutely fell in love with all of it! Highly recommend!

Lovely home in a great location

This is a beautiful mountain home close to lots of hiking trails as well as Red Rocks. The kitchen is very well stocked and bedrooms are cozy. Out concert was rescheduled but we enjoyed watching the snow fall on the mountains from the comfy chairs

Patrick was a great host. Let us know we could check in early. Asked if we wanted to extend our stay. Seamless check in and out process. House was amazing. Loved the decor and vibe of the place. Original time on furniture and appliances from that era. Property was great location for us

Retro and comfy

Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path.

The house was exactly what we wanted, vintage and unassuming. The only confusing part and the only reason for the missing star, is we thought we were getting a secluded house and the unattached garage which shared a yard, very small parking area and eyeline was rented separately. It just caught my family off-guard. Patrick was however quick to answer questions and provided a comfortable extended stay environment.

The host is incredibly gracious and has excellent communication! I misunderstood which house it was initially and couldn’t get in but once I realized I was at the wrong spot it was super easy. The host messaged me back within minutes, even when I would let them know I found my answer already. I think the best thing about this rental is there wasn’t an additional charge for the dogs, they offered dog friendly towels but I brought our own. And also- there were no check out chores!!! One more thing I will add which I will take more time to do next time, is look through the books and old guest book fount in the cubby of the coffee table. This made staying here feel special and like we were apart of something much more than just a place to sleep for a couple of nights.
