Your cozy cabin retreat at 109 Heverly Rd in Waterville with 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed. Enjoy the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, including WiFi, AC, TV, and heating. Relax in the living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. Immerse yourself in the gorgeous surroundings and make unforgettable memories during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The door will be open with keys on the counter in the kitchen. There is a book with information there also. You will need to bring sheets and towels. When accessing Little Pine Creek you will need to do so to the left of the trout cabin and exit there also. Happy Acres Restaraunt is to the right when getting back on the road. I can be reached 24x7 at 231-740-1273 if you have any questions. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keeping noise levels to a minimum. have the place cleaned up with all dishes, pots and pans, and silverwear cleaned and put away. I hope you enjoy your stay and notify me if anything needs attention. I appreciate your staying here and hope you return in the future.

Outstanding facility and great location!

This was booked for an extended fishing trip and the cabin did not disappoint! Clean and every necessity available. While the weather did not cooperate, we still had a great stay! I highly recommend this cabin and location.

Perfect location for short walk to awesome trout fishing. Quaint little place perfect for home base to explore Pine Creek Valley. Friendly neighbors to help with any issues and guidance to local spots for activities and dining.

Memorial Day 2025 fishing

perfect size for Son & Grandson annual fishing trip. Located exactly where we needed to be. Fully featured but could probably use a water conditioner. I’d still rent it again, however.

Lovely quiet. The owner was super responsive and friendly. It was easy and so peaceful for the two of us. A spirit of kindness was palpable.I would recommend getting there in the daylight. I hadn't figured we'd be out of internet /GPS range,so I wish I'd written down directions from 44. Dave answered the phone right away to help us, again keep in mind the lack of cell service till you're. At the cabin. At night, Heverly road presents as a ery steep drive, scary at night but ok during the day.. the only detriment is the suphur smelling water. Also remember to read the welcome material for information about plumbing reset during the night. All in all, a beautiful experience.

I moved a 7 Bedroom home there to my 5 acres in 2014 and turned it into a 12 bedroom, 5 kitchen, 6 bath house with a 3 car garage. I make sure that my guests have everything they need and strive for excellence in cleanliness and everything working properly. If something isn't right, I want to know about it immediately and will make it right. I answer my phone 24x7. I inherited Turkey and Deer cabins after the passing of my father Richard Heylmun in 2021. He loved the area and was an avid fly fisherman. I managed operations for Verizon and GTE for 30 years for West Michigan, Southwest Texas, Caracas, Venezuela where I had 1000 employees under my direction, and Sarasota, FL. Taking care of people has been my business for over 45 years and its what I love to do on a daily basis.

Little Pine Creek is a beautiful stocked trout stream with many deer and bear that roam along its banks. The people at the Happy Acres restaurant and bar are fantastic. Dave the cook has many specials you won't find at other restaurants. Its right down the road. The Waterville Hotel also has great food and liquor next to McConnell's store, who make the best subs to take with you on your fishing excursions.

Its a spacious home with Heating and Air conditioning next to a scenic trout stream full of wildlife. In the middle of nowhere and close to everything.
