Beautiful gulf view from this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sitting on our beautiful sugar sand beach. Grab your towel and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine or walk miles down the beach listening to waves and watching dolphins, coastal birds and our magnificent sunsets. You can take a dip in your large heated pool or rent a boat from the nearby marina and go fishing!

Sandarac 405B is a wonderful vacation condo - the pictures speak for themselves. The open floor plan Living Area has been newly furnished with comfy furniture and a large screen TV. Plenty of room to dine with the family - there's a large dining table and a kitchen bar. The large, beautiful, newly remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and cabinets, dishware and cookware. From the living room you have a fabulous Gulf view. Open up the sliders and enjoy our spectacular weather!

The Master Bedroom features a comfortable King sized bed, its own TV, and a full Master Bath. The beautifully remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower.

The Guest Bedroom has a two Twin Beds, its own TV and the remodeled Guest Bath with a walk-in shower right next door. There's even a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer - so no going home with dirty laundry!

For your convenience, there's FREE wifi in the unit, building elevator, and on-site parking. PLEASE NOTE: TVs are smart TVs with streaming options available.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction work ongoing at the Sandarac complex. The lobby area is being repaired and parts of the parking area may contain construction supplies. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

The popular Beachfront Sandarac Resort Condominium Complex offers guests a heated beachfront resort sized pool and sundeck, and of course, the beautiful beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf as your backyard. Sandarac is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
