Newly painted and updated 2 bed, 2 bath villa. Close to fitness center as well as front gate for easy access to Charleston, Kiawah and area golf. Open and airy with great views of surrounding habitat. We have no affiliation with the Seabrook Island Club (golf, tennis ocean pool), so you would need to make your own arrangements to use those facilities.

The unit was very clean, the king mattress was SUPER comfy, and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved having coffee on the screened-in porch, and dog-friendly properties are always appreciated. Having an end unit was a nice plus as well. A bigger coffee maker would be nice as we had to make two pots each am. Seabrook is SUCH a special place! Don’t hesitate to book Steve’s villa.

Great spot and great pool!

The Racquet Club pool was great, had lots of shade, and most days we had it to ourselves and is just a few feet from this amazing condo overlooking the courts!

Always love coming to Seabrook

Great location near the Lakehouse and easy bike ride to Freshfields. Love the private communty pool across the street and the large screened in porch. Will definitely stay again!

Memorial Weekend trip

We had a wonderful stay at Seabrook Island! The condo was spacious and relaxing. It was also close to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina, so we could enjoy the shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions there. Would love to stay there again!

Overall, the villa was great and we rate a 4.5. we enjoyed our time, there was a dirty bathroom towel left and a used dish towel in the sink which was not removed by the cleaning people before our arrival. The condo was very nice and cozy.

4th Fun at Seabrook

This was our 2nd stay on Seabrook for the 4th of July. This condo was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We all slept well and liked that so many essentials are provided. We love the screened porch and looking at the starry skies from there. It is also convenient to shopping and the pool across the street. We would definitely stay again.

A week of happiness!

Great location we enjoyed seeing the animals and the great restaurant and of course the wonderful beach. Rode our bikes from Seabrook to Kiawah Island. My husband enjoyed fishing on the island also. We’ve been coming to Seabrook for 20 years. Hell

Stay on Seabrook

This is a very nice condominium. Well appointed, clean, very comfortable. The host is very accommodating and courteous. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. The location itself is convenient to the front entrance of the resort/island. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves a great deal and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Trip to Seabrook Island,SC

Condo is beautiful and very clean. Was very easy to communicate with the property owner. Steve always replied back immediately. We rented bicycles and went around the island itself. Which was absolutely beautiful. Convenient to grocery store, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, lots to do, not the cleanest of properties

We had a great time at Seabrook Island as a vacation destination. There was a lot to do even in the Winter. I'll start with the good- there was plenty of towels. However, the rental unit was not very clean. The countertops were sticky, the floor was dirty, one bed had a lot of sand in/on the sheets, and the dishes were sticky and dirty. The listing states the unit is well equipt, but there was not many pots and pans or cooking utensils. We will be back to Seabrook, just not to this unit.

Our family enjoyed our vacation

Our family enjoyed the Reed's condo very much. Lots of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious porch. It was quiet and peaceful. I would suggest a nice set of stainless steel pots with lids and some large spoons for serving and stirring something cooking in a pot. I had to borrow some to prepare a meal. Adding another panel to both bedroom curtains would help with privacy and light coming in in the morning. My toodler granddaughter woke up earlier than ususal when light would come through the sliding glass door, due to gaps in the curtain coverage. We had to add some sheets to help with that. Steve was very helpful and communicated well. Just those two suggestions would improve his lovely condo.

Lovely family condo

Had a wonderful family vacation here at Seabrook island. Condo was perfect for us 4 Adults. Could sleep up to 6 if needed. Doggie friendly which was nice. Place was clean and had a large living room. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony. Air-conditioner was working great, almost chilly. Loved the little extra stuff the owner supplied. Plenty of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and coffee. Couple beach chairs too. Close to grocery store (grocery store has cheap good pizza), restaurant and shops. Also close to marina that has restaurants and great view for sunset. Beach is about a 10 minute drive. There is 9 boardwalks. I explored all of them. Some have better views for beaches and others for sunsets. Lake House has a nice big pool that's very close and Heron pool is across the street. Lots of deer on the island which was cool. Wish we had more time there. Really a very relaxing place. Only one thing that I like to mention is that this unit is upstairs. So it is not handicap accessible. Thank you Steve for sharing your condo.

Clean and comfy

Nice place to stay. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable. Enjoyed the screened in porch and community pool very much. Not a lot of cooking space in kitchen but you have sufficient amount of cooking utensils to do the basic cooking with. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Annual Seabrook summer vacation

We took two small children with us and were satisfied with our accommodations. Steve was very responsive to our questions and needs. We enjoyed being near the entrance, neighborhood pool and Lake House. We weren’t happy with the new rules at the beach club but that was nothing to do with the condo. It was nicely furnished and we were happy we were able to stay there. Thank you for a nice vacation!

Relaxing getaway!

Beautiful villa! We enjoyed the screened in porch, large sectional sofa, and beach decor! Parking is covered and is directly beneath the villa. We appreciated the provided beach bags, beach towels, and boogie board. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, and pots and pans. We biked to Kiawah and back one day to enjoy the sundown festival at night heron park. The porch of the villa partially looks over to a tennis court. The pool nearby was closed for maintenance but we were able to use an amenities card for a $15 deposit and have access to the pool at the lake house which was nearby. We also enjoyed the beach at pelican watch which was about a 10 minute drive. This sand beach has gentle waves which our 3 year old enjoyed. This beach was only a short walk from the parking lot, didn’t have stairs which made it easy to bring our beach wagon, and had an outside shower to rinse off sand. We truly enjoyed our trip and villa would love to go again!

Seabrook Island stay

Stayed at the property with my husband and our dog. We had a very nice stay and the condo enabled us to explore Seabrook and spend a few evenings in Charleston. Condo is about an 8-9 minute drive to the beach but parking was never an issue which was nice. Beach was nice and people were very spread out. Overall very nice stay.
