Our family had a great time at this property! We spent so much time on the deck relaxing and enjoying the view. It really is just a few minutes from the entrance to RMNP.We liked how we were out where it was peaceful and quiet, but when we were ready to eat and shop, that stuff was 5 minutes away.The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Lots of good information and follow up. And the property itself was stocked with everything we needed.We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out for our family of 6, including 4 adult children (18-25). Carla was a wonderful host - great communication and very kind. The property is just 5 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National park and downtown.

Wonderful cozy but modern vacation home. Location was awesome with beautiful Mountain views from the home. Awesome location, an easy drive to RMNP entrance and also super close to the shops /restaurants of Estes Park.We saw a ton of wildlife right outside the home. My kids had a blast putting on their binoculars and looking for turkeys and “reindeer” out the living room window. They also spent a lot of time enjoying the game room, and we all loved the hot tub under gorgeous star views. The home was spacious and very comfortably accommodated my husband and I, our two kids; and his parents. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful during our trip! We even forgot some luggage and they had it shipped to us the next day. Awesome choice!

This is a great property in a fantastic location, very close to both Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms were nicely remodeled. There is no A/C, so we did have a few warmer nights, but the ceiling fans and box fans helped tremendously and kept us comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to other families visiting the Estes Park area!

We enjoyed our stay, very clean, nice views. We had 6 adults and three beds so one person had to sleep on the cough down stairs, which the host left blankets and extra bedding. Our room set up was a married couple, 3 girls and another guy. Two of the girls slept in one room, one girl slept in the third room and the guy had to sleep on couch. It would be helpful to have a pull out couch or extra bedding I would stay again at this place. Only mentioning because how we had to separate everyone to sleep. So you can fit 2 comfortably in each bed for a total of 6 but if you need to separate genders it could become an issue.

Wonderful stay outside of RMNP. Quiet location with beautiful views. The home was in great shape with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and efficient communication with the property owners. Highly recommended for your stay in Estes Park!
