The oven was not working, unfortunately we found out once there. The location was perfect for us.For a 2 week stay, I think more than 2 sets of towels for 2 people would have been an improvement.Murtaza was great - very accommodating and helpful.

Cute little loft, couch was very comfy and it was nice to have something to sit on to watch tv. Bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband loved it. Water got hot very quickly which was great after a long day of walking. AC kept the room nice and cold. Quiet street and friendly neighbors in the building. Some of the negatives for us was getting the tv to work. The connection was not very good. 6-7 min walk from the subway. We thought it was a bit closer. Pictures were nicer than what we actually saw in the apartment, but the host was great and very accommodating. Overall it was a great experience for the price!!

Communication with Taz was easy and expedient. Any and all concerns were quickly addressed. The host even went out of his way to assist in returning my child's forgotten stuffed animal.

The stay felt homey and the owner was flexible at times, but we did see multiple roaches, there were less than courteous moments with the owner regarding checkout, the oven does not work, bathtub and toilets were clogging, and there were mouse traps in the cabinets which were concerning.

Amazing charming studio! The apartment was just as described, in a safe neighborhood with great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Subway a few blocks away. Taz was an amazing host, super communicative and helpful.

An option for an overnight stay for a couple of days. Everything is old, the hotel level is 2 stars. The location is convenient, transport is nearby, but it was scary to return late.

Horrible property management

The address on the listing was different from what the property manager texted us. We were told it was fully self-service check in but when we went to the building late (because flights were delayed) we were told we were “not on the list” and denied entrance.You can imagine my shock that I had to find and pay for a hotel at 1am.When we asked for a refund the property manager SCREAMED at us over the phone.

False. Guest showed up next day from her actual reservation day and WITHOUT any prior communication. Guest decided to show up at 1.30am and Buzzed from the intercom everyone on the building door. Unfortunately I was asleep so I wasn't any help. I reached out to the guest at 4.am when I woke up when guest booked herself to the hotel. I informed the guest to come back to the reservation next morning.
