Bedroom 1: Queen Master Suite – your private sanctuary with comfort and space.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + single sleeper – great for parents with a little one or close friends.
Bedroom 3 (Basement): Full-size bed for a quiet and cozy sleep.
Loft Area & Living Room: Both include sleeper sofas, ideal for extra guests or kids’ movie nights!
Additional Twin Bed: Located in the basement for added flexibility.
🛁 Bathrooms:

2.5 bathrooms throughout the home for convenience, including a full master bath and guest facilities.
Whether you're enjoying a peaceful morning on the deck, roasting marshmallows in the evening, or exploring the nearby trails and attractions, Spring Mountain Cove is your perfect home base.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- A 10% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining 90% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in for reservations made outside of Airbnb.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
