Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat at Sunset Paradise! Located in the highly sought-after Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Our beautiful one-bedroom condo in Tower 3 on the second floor offers a relaxing and memorable getaway for couples, small families, or solo travelers. Enjoy stunning beach views, luxurious resort amenities, and the convenience of being just steps away from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of America in Panama City Beach.

The space:
We have been local residents since 2016. Previously vacationed at Edgewater Beach Resort with our 6 children since 1989. Created many family memories over the years.
Enjoy the emerald water and breathtaking sunsets.
- Recently renovated modern and coastal decor.
- Private beachfront balcony
- One bedroom with pillow top king mattress and adjustable frame
- 42" Smart TV in bedroom
- Extra linens in bedroom closet
- Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room
- One bath with tiled walk-in shower with corner seat
- Living room with queen sleeper-sofa with memory foam mattress
- Leather swivel recliner
- 55" Smart TV in living room
- Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops
- Island seating for four
- Washer and dryer in hall closet
Registration Information:
- Photo ID/reservation needed to pick up pass at front security gate
-Minimum 25yrs old to rent
- One car pass included in price, any additional will be $30
- Car pass ready 2 weeks prior to check in
Wristbands(4) will be in unit upon arrival, and must be left when departing.
If lost there will be a $25 replacement fee
