The refrigerator/freezer is completely empty except for the ice bin. 6 wristbands are placed back into their container. $10 charged per band if not returned. No oils or grease be poured down the sink.

The view of the beach was awesome, we took our binoculars and saw dolphins, a group of stingrays, 1 shark and several sea turtles. This unit had all the amenities of home and was super clean and inviting.

Absolutely perfect! Condo was exceptionally clean and just right size for the four of us. All the comforts of home that anyone would want or need. Great communication from Avi. Beautiful location and stay. Only downsides: we were frustrated by parking registration problems and extra cost at the end of a long travel day. However, Avi was responsive. Great to have umbrella & beach chairs, except the chairs were quite corroded. Still a beautiful place and would recommend.

Great view and the space was great. I was pleasantly surprised with the elevator rapidness and would definitely stay again. Nice bonus of the building they had a small Starbucks in the market too. Never had a problem finding a parking place.

Beautiful view and very clean

We loved this property. I was impressed with all the starter items. It was so helpful. Of course we enjoyed the beach but we also spent a good bit time at outdoor pools in Tower one. This unit is on the 22nd floor and never had to wait long for the elevator. The beach umbrella and Nautical brand chairs in MBR closet were great. The owner checked on us and helped us get what we needed. Our family had a great week and would definitely use this unit again.

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath taking! The condo had all the essentials we needed and the host Avi was great with communication! The decor and furniture in the condo was perfect for a beach vacation. My kids loved the kid pool area and the quick access to the beach which is literally directly out of the hotel. The elevators are also surpisingly fast which was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay here again with Avi as a host!

Stayed here with my family for the Ironman 70.3 having travelled from the UK. The place was perfect for us with our family including kids aged 10 and 11. The race is a 15 minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, a local Walmart and Target and a Starbucks on site.The pools on site are great for the kids and the beach is straight off the back of the hotel. The beach is beautiful and there is plenty of space too. Uber’s are always around so transport is easy without a car. Two big bedrooms and a double sofa bed, good heating system and ceiling fans in the room as well. Comfortable furniture and great showers.I would comfortably stay here again if we were to come back.

The condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and exactly as described with plenty of supplies, pillows, beach chairs, etc! The view from the balcony was amazing! We even got to see dolphins! The host was very responsive and checked in by text several times! The resort was very clean, amazing breakfast at the cafe. FYI, the little bar access the street has the best Pina Coladas and Bloody Mary’s! We would definitely stay here again!

Long Awaited Vacation

We planned this trip since March 2024, and after a long-awaited time, we were shocked that Helene was set to arrive at the same time. I was able to easily contact Avi, our gracious host, to discuss the impending disaster. Avi responded quickly, courteously, and in a friendly manner to help us adjust our scheduled dates and provided hurricane information. With that being said, when we finally arrived, the condo was even more amazing than the pictures. It was very spacious and clean and had all the necessities, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The views were absolutely amazing, not to mention the pools and the in-house bar and restaurant! Our next trip to Panama will not only be at the Majestic but also in this beautiful condo with the most gracious host!! Thank you, Avi!

Family vacation

Everything was great. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The condo itself was super nice and very clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Communication with the owners was super easy and replies were always fast. Overall great experience. Will be booking again if we head back to PCB.

PCB Vacation

We just returned home after spending a week at Avi’s PCB Condo at the Majestic Towers. We cannot say enough good things about the accommodations, location, and communication from Avi. The decor is beautiful! It’s very spacious, well equipped, and clean. The condo is conveniently located as well. Reserved spot and covered parking on the 3rd floor were a bonus. You can’t ask for a better view!!! Avi is so friendly and helpful in the booking process and proactively communicating to us upon arrival and our departure. Thank you Avi! Gorgeous views!

This condo was amazing! It was very clean and as listed. When you step out onto the balcony, you get wide sweeping views of the Gulf. It was just gorgeous. The owner was very responsive to any messages we sent. I have heard that the elevators in a lot of these places are slow and you have to wait a long time to get on one. We never waited more than 10 minutes max during the busier parts of the day, and most times the wait was less than 5 minutes-this is very important when you’re staying on the higher floors. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return someday soon!
