Perfect for a family or group of friends looking to have a memorable Jersey Shore getaway, with views of the Ocean and Boardwalk from all rooms upstairs of the home. This 5 bedroom Duplex property with two kitchens. It is in the inlet area of Atlantic City, a block from the beach and boardwalk! Ocean Casino Resort, the Absecon Lighthouse, North Beach Mini Golf, Tony Boloney's, Hot Bagels & a liquor store are within walking distance.
This is a attached duplex property. This property is normally listed as two separate units but we have combined both apartments to give guests the option of renting the whole 5 bedroom duplex as one. When renting this whole Duplex property you are getting both the lower level 1 bedroom apartment as well as the entire 4 bedroom upstairs unit of the property.
*LOWER LEVEL: Unit 1
- This is the first level to the property which is a 1 bedroom apartment.
Lower level is a 1 bed 1 bath with full kitchen.
*2nd LEVEL: Unit 2
-The main level of the home has a living room, kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and 1 Bedroom.
-There is a large smart TV in the living room (no cable, just streaming apps).

-This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the right. We have no affiliation to the neighboring unit.
-The backyard area is available for guests to use.
-There is seating and there is a charcoal grill that guests may use in the backyard, but please note that we do not provide charcoal or materials. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill upon usage.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

-There is no driveway or designated parking, street parking is available at this property.

No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
