We enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely cabin. The space worked well for our family of 5 (adults plus 3 teens) and the proximity to the park entrance couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

A Stones Throw from Mt Rainier National Park

Some friends and I were looking for a place to stay at for a long weekend before the 4th of July near Mt. Rainier National Park. Katie & Jake’s property fit everything we were looking for! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and have room, a great hot tub to relax in, and it was less than a 15 minute drive to the gates of Mt. Rainier National Park. Before and during the stay, I received excellent communication from Katie on what to expect and regular check ins throughout the stay to see if there was anything that was needed, or anything that could be done to help improve our experience. The property was stocked with anything you could ever need. S’mores supplies, they got it, spices for the tasty meals you’ll cook in their fully stocked kitchen, done, ziplock bags to bag your sandwiches up for an afternoon on the trails, they got that too. Seriously anything you could ever need, Katie and Jake thought of that. We had a great stay & I can’t recommend this property enough.

We have visited several national parks on the West Coast and Mt Rainier has always been our favorite. We are travel enthusiasts and love to vacation, whether its a local weekend getaway or a 2 week vacation to Europe, we are always planning something!
We have been a guest in hundreds of Vacation Homes and have learned a lot about what it takes to be a good host, we hope this knowledge will create the best experience possible for our guests. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns about your upcoming trip!
