The space
Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The first bedroom has a 6ft super-king size bed and the second bedroom has a 5ft king-size bed. We use White & Green luxury organic cotton bed linen on all beds and Dalkey liquid handmade soap to ensure our guests can fully unwind during their stay. Both bedrooms are ensuite for your comfort and privacy.

A single fold up bed can be provided to facilitate a fifth person at prior request.

The apartment is elegantly decorated and is equipped with all cooking facilities you need as well as strong WiFi and a television.

There are shared laundry facilities onsite, as well as a newly installed EV charger.

The Blackwater Apartment @ The Courtyard Apartments Mallow is situated on the grounds of a stunning 250-year old country house and farm. There are three separate self-catering apartments onsite, located just outside Mallow in the heart of North Cork and 'The Crossroads of Munster'.

There is a tennis court onsite for guest use and rackets etc. are provided.

We welcome some pets, subject to prior arrangement with the host and certain house rules.

A wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Great for 2 couples. Very well equipped and comfortable. Just a little tricky to find with no signs on property entrance.

Like staying at an English Country manor, which it was once. Working farm with sheep, horses and cows. Beautiful views. Martha was very helpful and flexible with a couple scheduling problems we brought to her with our schedule change.

Such a beautiful area, just like the pictures online. Martha met us when we arrived and showed us several things. She was very responsive in communicating with us and We really enjoyed having our own personal rooms and bathrooms for two couples! Sheep right outside the front door! It was great!!

This was a wonderful property. One of the best we can recall particularly for the price. Usually the photos are misleading in the case it was the opposite. It’s a wonderful open property with horses and sheep and rabbit on a beautiful tree lined driveway entrance.Martha was very gracious and were very grateful we had the opportunity to stay there.

The Courtyard Apartments are to the rear of a 1780’s Georgian House steeped in history in the heart of Munster. The apartments are situated on a working farm with sheep, cows, horses, hens and two dogs. Overlooking the Blackwater, and just a 5 minute drive from Mallow town and train station. Cork, Killarney, Limerick, Kinsale, Cashel, and the Ring of Kerry are all within easy reach by car.
