Welcome to Surf's Up in Surf City!
• Private 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment
• 0.1 Miles to nearest beach access
• Well stocked full size kitchen
• Centrally located, just 5 min from Surf City Pier

The Space:
• Private 2 bedroom apartment in Surf City!
• Located 0.1 miles from the beach with public access.
• Full kitchen including a Keurig, pots/pans, kitchen ware, and more
• High-speed WiFi and smart TVs
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Designated workspace with office desk and chair
• Reserved off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Please park in the driveway near the entry steps.
• Bed linens & bath towels provided. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign rental agreement.

Pet Policy
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.

The place was very nice and clean. Modern look. Great space. The entry stairs are old and wobbly and there was a giant hole in the dining room table, but other than that, nice place and great location.

The check in process was ok, but there was some confusion due to links in VRBO messages being part of the message and non-clickable. It would be better to send links via email. The lock was dead and the only way to communicate with the host was via message, the phone number did not work. The location is a tale of night and day. It is very convenient to the beach and pool. Great during the day. At night it is directly across from Trailer Bar which apparently does outdoor music until 11 and open with “activity” well past 2 am. Really not suitable for family with kids, if you are looking for a party atmosphere on the weekends, then maybe it’s your place. It just isn’t the peaceful relaxing beach experience some may hope for.

Beautiful condo, 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband slept right through it. If you’re a light sleeper, could be an issue. I would not let that keep me from staying here again. Great communication with the owners. If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t care if you have a beach view, stay here!! Seriously only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. P.S. LOVE that there is a washer and dryer! I could pack light knowing I was able to do laundry.
