The Space:
• Private 2 bedroom apartment in Surf City!
• Located 0.1 miles from the beach with public access.
• Full kitchen including a Keurig, pots/pans, kitchen ware, and more
• High-speed WiFi and smart TVs
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Designated workspace with office desk and chair
• Reserved off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Please park in the driveway near the entry steps.
• Bed linens & bath towels provided. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

These guidelines are here to help you and your group settle in comfortably, enjoy every amenity, and leave the space just as wonderful as you found it for the next guests. Please take a moment to read through and share with your group.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

This property was just the right size for our group of four, the location was excellent although it is across the street from a very lively bar with live music, they go late so be prepared for a little noise. Don't forget your beach supplies as this property supplies no extras. If you are elderly or at all disabled pass on this one as there are roughly 30 steep stairs to navigate to get to the property.

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, everything was clean and well prepared including fresh linens and towels. The home is very airy with plenty of room to hangout and watch tv or prepare a meal and dine in. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The place was very nice and clean. Modern look. Great space. The entry stairs are old and wobbly and there was a giant hole in the dining room table, but other than that, nice place and great location.

My pup and I stayed for 6 nights and we were extremely comfortable. The townhome, while an older property, was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. King bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable...I slept like a baby. While there is no "ocean view", the beach is only a short, 2 minute walk around the corner. If you are bringing your pup, there are plenty of places to give your dog a potty break, but please make sure to bring poop bags. If your bringing younger children, there is a really nice playground just steps away. The only possible downside was the 2 flights of stairs to get to the main floor of the unit, so if you have any mobility issues, you may want to take that into consideration. The unit is right off the main road, but traffic was minimal when I was there (May 2026). There is a very popular, local bar called the Trailer Bar directly across the street. I had no issues with any loud music from there, but I was there during "shoulder season".

The check in process was ok, but there was some confusion due to links in VRBO messages being part of the message and non-clickable. It would be better to send links via email. The lock was dead and the only way to communicate with the host was via message, the phone number did not work. The location is a tale of night and day. It is very convenient to the beach and pool. Great during the day. At night it is directly across from Trailer Bar which apparently does outdoor music until 11 and open with “activity” well past 2 am. Really not suitable for family with kids, if you are looking for a party atmosphere on the weekends, then maybe it’s your place. It just isn’t the peaceful relaxing beach experience some may hope for.

Beautiful condo, 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband slept right through it. If you’re a light sleeper, could be an issue. I would not let that keep me from staying here again. Great communication with the owners. If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t care if you have a beach view, stay here!! Seriously only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. P.S. LOVE that there is a washer and dryer! I could pack light knowing I was able to do laundry.
