Notre condo est situé directement sur le magnifique sable blanc d'Indian Shores Beach, en Floride. Indian Shores est une belle et charmante communauté balnéaire avec de petites boutiques pittoresques et des restaurants locaux. Le quartier propose également des restaurants haut de gamme et une variété d'activités.
Nous avons 1 400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie au deuxième étage. Face à la piscine, à la plage de sable blanc. Vous avez Gulf avec vue sur le pont, le salon et la chambre principale. Deux chambres et 2 bains. Les téléviseurs dans le salon et dans la deuxième chambre ont GOOGLE CHROMCAST pour que vous puissiez profiter de Netflix, YouTube etc. Le téléviseur dans le salon est un téléviseur intelligent LED HD de 60 'avec Netflix, YouTube mm. vous avez également obtenu APPLE TV et GOOGLE CHROMCAST pour pouvoir écouter votre musique préférée et voir vos photos.

Family of 4 enjoyed our time here. 2nd bathroom was great to have with 2 teens. Good access to the beach and access to the pool was a plus. Quick response from owner when we needed assistance or had questions. Would stay here again.

While the outside of the building isnt completely remodeled yet, the inside is amazing! It was steps from the beach, had so many extra things provided and communication with the owner was really great.

Perfect Sunsets

This is a great place to stay. The condo was very nice, roomy and comfortable, just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the pool & beach access was easy. Close to everything but the beach is not crowded at all. The hosts were available to answer any questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beach fun

This condo is exactly as described, great location and access to a great beach. Can watch the sunset from the belcony. The unit has a well stocked kitchen which can be hard to find sometimes. And the hosts are very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property and host!

Beach weekend

Very nice condo with excellent views, right on the beach. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of toys for the beach as well as chairs, etc. The owners are very responsive if you need to contact them for anything. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lars and Bibbi!

Fabulous what more can I say !!!!

This property is lovely, it is fully stocked nothing you could think of was not there! The condo is beautiful the views are gorgeous. Lots of nice families at the complex when we were there with other kids. The 8-year-old had a blast left with a friend in Michigan and South Carolina! We will book this place again thank you so much Lars and Bibbi and we live in Florida only 2 hours away !!!

Overall, our experience was good. I think the housekeeper/ cleaning person could do a better job between guests. The condo itself is very nice and very well stocked. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some new paint. I did not let that ruin my trip. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view is amazing. Thanks for sharing your home with me!!

We absolutely loved this condo, it has everything you could want while staying at the beach. The views are amazing and being right next to the pool was helpful when watching our kids swim. It was very clean and spacious. We look forward to staying here again.

Great beach condo

The owner (Lars) was helpful and responded quickly, property manager was proactive, polite and professional. This condo is cute and clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for our beach week. Great view, especially from the balcony. Loved having a full sized kitchen with everything we needed, in unit washer and dryer, cozy decor, comfortable beds, covered parking, secure facility, beach chairs and other beachy items and plenty of towels. Loved it!

Staying with Infant/Young Toddler Read!

The stay was amazing. The beach/water view was amazing. I loved the pool was located close... kitchen fully stocked with what we needed... spacious for our family.. and absolutely loved the washer and dryer. HOWEVER.. if you have a mobile infant/young toddler, I suggest bringing some sort of child lock. (I Purchased a lock that fit at the dollar tree honestly) My child was constantly getting into the entertainment center cabinet. The pack n play and highchair was super nice to have. Maybe a baby gate would be helpful for the kitchen? Minus that, the only issues we had was the master bed sheets were bleached stained and kept coming off the bed. Maybe it's time for new sheets for that bed? Also, you could hear upstairs neighbors during the day/early evening. During our stay, everything was being changed from key entrance to a keypad which is super helpful if you left your key in the room and you don't have to worry about taking a key to the beach. Overall, I would rate the stay 9.5/10 & definitely already thinking about rebooking for next year!

We, Lars and Bibbi (brother and sister) lives in Sweden. We are golfers and we have been staying in the area since 1994. 2012 we bought this condo just to have our own place. We usually get here in October-November and March-April. That time of the year you normally can't play golf in Sweden so we have found this the perfect place to go to.

We started to stay up in Clearwater and have been staying in lot of places during the years. The first years we stayed in motels but soon we found out that it was better to rent a condo. After several years of renting we started to look on the real estate market. We looked from Cleawater Beach and south. When we found this condo we realized it was just what we wanted. A spacious condo direct on the beach. A huge pooldeck and beatiful views from the big balcony and master bedroom. The beach is fantastic and the area is quiet. Close to a lot of things to do and a huge amount of golfcourses.
Locally, there are fine restaurants, golf courses, professional sports, local tennis courts, parasailing, deep sea fishing and many more recreational and entertainment opportunities. Combine your beach vacation with trips to Disney Word Orlando, Busch Garden, Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg and much more. Try another beach and take a trip to Fort de Soto Park or Honeymoon Island or take the Beach Trolley in front of the premises. Beach Trolley is running through all the beaches from Clearwater to John’s Pass and St Petersburg day and night.

The condo has all we have wanted when we have been renting. Nice location, nice view, nice pool area, nice furnished and in very good condition. Newer appliances and fully equipped kitchen. New kitchen 2015.
