The house was very clean. Very white!!! No beachy feel. No decorations. It was spacious with a lack of furniture. The family room was a nice place to hang out, unfortunately they had a futon as the sofa. It felt like sitting on plywood. There was a little love seat that was just a tiny bit more comfortable. The strange ratan hanging egg chair looked unstable. There was a bolt on the floor under it, we were afraid to sit in it. Beds were comfortably, but sheets scratchy. I had to lay a throw blanket down in my bed to lay on. Towels were also scratchy. We were so excited that there were 4 bikes included. Unfortunately, 2 of the bikes had flat tires. There was a pump there, but we didn't feel like fussing with it. Everything in the kitchen looked brand new never used. We cooked 2 nights while there. I had to go to a neighbor & borrow a can opener, but next day I picked one up & left it there.Over all, we enjoyed the size if the house. We loved having the garage to throw our beach chairs and stuff in when we went out for dinner.The Property Maintenance was very responsive. We were awaken around 1:30 am one night because the smoke detector went off. It needed a battery. I found one and replaced it. Had to stand on a chair, couldn't find a srep ladder or stool. I called to have it checked and to spray for the ants. They also fixed a dead ceiling lamp in family roo. & dining room. That made it much better. There were no lamps, just overhead lighting.Nice pool.
