Maison neuve - Grand espace, excellent emplacement

Nous sommes ravis de partager notre toute nouvelle maison avec vous! Cette maison de quatre chambres est spacieuse et baignée de lumière naturelle.

L'une des caractéristiques les plus frappantes de la maison est son plan d'étage ouvert. Un large couloir vous amène à notre grande salle avec une cuisine que tout cuisinier ou artiste adorera. L'île de 4 x 9 pieds possède cinq tabourets de bar, parfaits pour une bouchée du matin ou un verre l'après-midi. À côté de la cuisine se trouve la salle à manger avec une longue table en bois pouvant accueillir toute la famille, et reliée aux deux zones se trouve le salon avec une cheminée à gaz. Les portes françaises mènent de la salle à manger à une véranda parfaite pour siroter un café, lire un livre ou regarder la télévision. Deux ensembles de portes françaises et un curseur mènent à la terrasse à l'arrière, qui a une douche extérieure spacieuse et un gril à gaz. Au-delà du pont, il y a une cour gazonnée idéale pour attraper ou simplement sortir.

La maison comprend une chambre principale (lit queen) avec une salle de bain luxueuse, une chambre au premier étage avec un autre lit queen, une deuxième chambre avec trois lits jumeaux et une chambre bonus avec des lits jumeaux et doubles. Une allée spacieuse permet plusieurs voitures.

Notre maison est adaptée aux enfants. Des verrous de sécurité pour enfants ont été installés sur les armoires et les portes menant à l'extérieur ont un verrou supplémentaire placé haut pour empêcher les petits de sortir par eux-mêmes. Disponible pour votre usage sont un pack 'n play et des chaises d'alimentation pour tout-petits.

Comme vous vous en doutez, la maison a une laveuse / sécheuse, Internet et TV.

Nous sommes à environ trois kilomètres de la plage et à 800 mètres des magasins d'usine. Cette maison est connectée à tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Il est strictement interdit de fumer ou d'animaux dans la maison. Ne dépassez pas non plus l'occupation maximale de 8 personnes.

Les clients doivent apporter tous les draps, y compris les draps, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage et produits en papier.

Beautiful house

It was a beautiful, spacious house. It was a quiet neighborhood where you could enjoy sipping coffee on the back deck but still be close to the attractions and beach. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home, perfect location, relaxing stay.

Extremely close to many places to go, eat, and things to do. Relaxing location and very nice back porch for late night drinks and talking. Lori was great to communicate with and a plus was all the beach goodies you can borrow from the garage!

Close to everything

The house is close to the beach and restaurants. Home was very cleanly with lots of beach items to use. The master bathroom was spacious with a wonderful walk in shower.

Wonderful vacation!

My friend and I loved staying at this beautiful house with our young children! The location was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s right down the street from the outlets and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The neighbors were lovely too! We are already talking about booking it again next year!

Another great stay

We are repeat renters in Lori's beautiful home. Another great stay - very comfortable! Especially love the top locks and childproof cabinets. And that tupperware storage is the thing dreams are made of LOL. Will be back!

Great Vacation Home

This house is very clean, spacious, and accommodated everything we needed for a great vacation at the beach. Conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey, it allowed for easy access to both areas. I was thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas made available for guest use. Lori is a great host with a beautiful home and very easy to work with :)

Great vacation house

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is a short drive to the beach and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need. We enjoyed the new sofas in the TV room. The home has an open layout and our grandchildren love running up and down the long hallway.

Well-appointed home base for beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Lori's home. It is very spacious (the pictures don't do it justice!) and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and tools to make just about anything. Lori was very accessible with any questions we had. And the location was great - centrally located to many of the local beaches. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Delaware beaches.

Great home!

We stayed at this home over the weekend. The house is new and very clean. We did not know we needed to bring bedsheets and had to buy them, which was an inconvenience. Wish we got an email at the time of the booking stating that. Other than that, the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay!

Well-Appointed, Comfortable

This was the first time my family and I have stayed in Rehobath and to have such a comfortable and lovely base to which we could return each day was invaluable. With a toddler who needed a quiet place to nap, it was important that she have her own quiet room; this venue provided that and ensured all had their own beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower when returning from whatever beach we visited. Since we prefer cooking vs eating out, the kitchen was well-stocked with the tools and implements to do so. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our Stay!

Upon arrival we immediately noticed that there was plenty of parking. The home exterior and grounds were well kept. Upon entry, we noticed that the home was larger than the photos showed. It was very clean, the bedrooms were nice size and the common living space/kitchen were very nice. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses and cookware. The location was close to the park-n-ride that takes you to the town/beach. The backyard was very large. The outside shower is a real plus. The owner was easy to reach and very nice to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed

This lovely home was perfect for our blended family of mid-50s parents and adult kids. The multiple common areas — living room, TV room, back porch, front porch, yard — allowed us all to find our own space when needed. The kitchen table easily fit all 6 of us for dinner and board games. We made breakfast and lunch here and 4 out of 7 dinners and found the kitchen to be very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and coffee makers. The downtown and beach are about a 10 minute drive — download the local parking app — but we also went to Deauville Beach and Cape Henolopen. Everything else you could need — grocery store, restaurants, outlets, mini golf — is within a short drive along Rt. 1. Tips: Turn the air on in the upstairs room as soon as you get in. Bring a vinyl fleece-backed table cloth to cover and protect the soap stone island.

This house was fantastic!! A quick, easy drive to the beach and it had everything we needed! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the front door code! We would stay here again and highly recommend it!
