This two-story home away from home offers a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. Spread out comfortably in the airy living area after a refreshing time in the pool and stream your favorite movies, series, and sports on the smart TV. If you are visiting during the winter months, the gas fireplace is in charge to keep you nice and toasty during your stay. Attached to the living room is a screened patio with an inviting seating area overlooking the pond. The kitchen is separate from the living areas and is equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. All bedrooms are located upstairs, adding a much-needed sense of privacy. The primary bedroom enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: There is an active Ring camera next to the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
