Great condo! Great price!

We loved this condo! It's great for a couple or small family! It has everything you could need, a great view, and right on the beach! In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or quick snack! The price is great and we would def stay there again!

Small but sweet

This is on the smaller size , but was ok for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Soap and shampoo samples would have been a nice touch to have been added to the bathroom.

There was a few minor issues. There was a few minor things that were not kept up with. I know I stayed in this place before I think you got a new mattress from the last time I was there . but I honestly think it was a little overpriced. I had friends that stayed in other places for the same amount of time and a bigger place and cost less money for them but overall, I was satisfied with the location.

Both the Murphy bed and the pull out couch mattresses are completely worn out, the only comfortable way to get some sleep is to sleep on the couch itself.

The views are pretty much the best thing about this place. Another good thing was the location of the property to stores and places to eat. We also liked the simplicity of the room itself and the decorative pieces made us smile, plus there were some pretty good books on the shelf. The balcony is absolutely perfect, and was used a lot. With that said there were things that we weren’t necessarily happy about. The property isn’t being kept up with regarding the cleanliness and furniture.It was a little disappointing to pull down the Murphy Bed to find pretty much a pull out couch mattress. The mattress was pretty thin and very springy which was difficult to sleep on. The tub in the bathroom doesn’t drain well and is cracking near the drain. Water pressure is GREAT though! Overall, the stay was nice, and the owner/manager was very pleasant and very accommodating.

Week at the beach

Check in process was long and the front desk staff were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Condo was as described. Great views. Communication with owner was good with quick responses.

Jeremy, during Coronavirus time everyone has to have a little bit more patience because security desk has to process people more slowly, the cleaning should be more thorough, the elevator could fit only 2 people at the time, etc. We all have to adjust and I hope that next time everything will be much better.
