Please review the following house rules before booking:

• Guest and Visitor Limit
The total number of guests and visitors must not exceed the reservation count for overnight stay. There is a $100 charge per extra person per night for any unaccounted occupants.

• No Pets and Emotional Support Animals
Unauthorized pets/ESA will cost you an additional $200 pet cleaning fee and a $500 charge for damages. Service animal must be verified and pre-approved. A $500 charge is equally applicable for damages caused by a service animal.

• Security and Monitoring
A doorbell camera is installed at the entrance to ensure safety and monitor headcount. Tampering with this recording device will result in a $500 fine.

• Smoking and Vaping
ONLY allowed outdoors. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of indoor smoking and vaping is detected, or remnants (butts/cartridges) are found in the backyard. Possession of illicit substances is strictly prohibited.

• No Stealing
Taking items other than complimentary snacks and drinks is considered theft. If you accidentally break something, please report to us immediately. We conduct an itemized inventory audit before and after each booking. Missing or broken items must be reimbursed.

• Identity Verification
Please provide a piece of valid government-issued photo ID after confirming your booking.
