Welcome to SeaChase 804C – a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo offering comfort, space, and stunning views.

The living room features an oversized sectional and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a large private balcony—perfect for soaking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining table for shared meals with friends and family.

The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub for added relaxation. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a full-size bed and a cozy couch—ideal for extra lounging or accommodating more guests.

SeaChase 804C combines the comforts of home with the beauty of a beachfront escape, making it the perfect spot for your next coastal getaway.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
SeaChase offers a wide range of amenities to enhance your beachfront stay. Guests can enjoy three pools on the property, including a zero entry pool, along with a separate kiddie pool and a fun splash pad for children. There is also an indoor pool for year round relaxation and multiple hot tubs for unwinding. Stay active with the on site fitness room and tennis courts, or enjoy outdoor dining at the grilling area. SeaChase provides the perfect mix of relaxation, recreation, and family friendly fun.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great condo!

This condo was beautiful and had everything we could ask for to make it a great place to stay! Very clean and well laid out. The master suite was a dream! Furniture, appliances, and finishes are all nice updated. Huge balcony with nice outdoor furniture. Multiple pools to choose from was a big plus! The location is great. I would definitely stay here again.

Sea Chase 804

Beautiful Condo. Everything was perfect except the front door lock needs to be replaced . That did bother me leaving our valuables there and the door lock was broken . Looks like someone had try to Jimmy the lock and it would turn sideways on the front door . Perfect location very nice condo. Enjoyed our stay Highly recommend it . Furnished very nice

Nice place needing a couple fixes

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay just fine. We had a couple of issues that we wish could have been different. My husband had to fix the shower in the master bathroom when we first arrived because the water from the showerhead shot straight up and hit the ceiling near the light fixture. It was very obvious that this was an ongoing problem, as the ceiling had clearly been painted over in that area and it looked very different than the rest of the ceiling. However, that paint was also peeling off in that area that had been patched over and some areas had chipped paint just kind of dangling from the ceiling. It also would have been nice to have towel hooks for hand towels in the bathroom and for larger towels after showers. We just had to hang stuff over the bath tub and over doors throughout the condo. The sliding door in front of the dryer kept coming off it's track at the top, so we had to fix that multiple times during our stay. Our biggest issue was definitely the mold on the ledge inside the master shower. I sure hope those few issues get fixed before the next guests, because the place is really really cute otherwise! We also could have done without the security guard on duty telling us that a "crack head" had entered the property and that he had to kick her out. He mentioned that to our car load of children. It wasn't all that fun explaining to my 8 year old what a crack head was. Yikes.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and found the condo nice and cute, but we sincerely apologize for the maintenance and cleanliness concerns you encountered, as well as for the inappropriate comment from security staff. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We will make sure the shower, ceiling, towel hook needs, and sliding door are addressed promptly, and the mold in the master shower is properly treated. We will also follow up with the security team to ensure communication remains professional and appropriate for all guests. Your comments are greatly appreciated and will help us improve for future stays.
