Welcome to this tranquil 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with a spacious office. This beautifully updated condo is located on the 2nd level and features a balcony that overlooks the community pool, a gas fireplace, and a 1 car garage. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home away from home feel. The bedroom features a Queen mattress, walk-in closet, double vanity with excellent lighting, and a walk-in shower. The condo also has a full size washer & dryer, perfect for an extended stay. We provide essentials (linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the beginning of your stay, although we recommend getting more supplies for the duration of your stay. The condo is located within walking distance to several restaurants located on Hayden Rd. and Via De Ventura, and is only a 10-15 minute drive south to Old Town or north to Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland.

Amenities include a heated pool in the winter months, 2 BBQ's, & a fitness center. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.
