Soak up the best of Arizona from this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Chandler! Whether you’re here for baseball, hiking, golf, or just some sunshine, this spot puts you close to everything the East Valley has to offer.

The kitchen has a full-size fridge with a freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, and cooking amenities making it easy to make this condo your home away from home.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with laundry soap.

The living room is cozy and perfect for getting work done at the breakfast bar or watching a movie on the couch. The vaulted ceilings make the condo feel spacious and bright.

The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks, not to mention a huge closet (in case you're traveling in style). The bedroom is furnished with a cozy king-sized bed and TV.

The guest room has access to the guest bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed and TV as well.

Coming to AZ to enjoy the weather? The enclosed patio has spots to sit and lounge under the umbrella or at the fire pit.

Our unit is very close to the community pool (not heated)! Make sure to grab a complimentary pool towel and spend some time in the sun.

We did not cook, but could have used more medium sized bowls for cereal, popcorn, chips etc. the kitchen appliances(stove, microwave, dishwasher) were nice and clean. a few things, such as master bathroom vanity was outdated and in bad shape. Parking was great. Entry keypad worked perfect.

The name says it all "Cozy." The condo is in a nice quiet location with well-maintained grounds. It had everything we needed. Due to our error, we had trouble with the front door lock but Merrill was very responsive and called us back immediately and talked us through the lock. He was very pleasant and helpful. The pool area looked inviting, but it wasn't the time of year to take a dip. We would stay again in the future.

Perfect girls' weekend away

Four friends, all needing to get away for a few days. We had a great time binge watching shows, eating, laughing. This place was a great location, clean, comfortable. Thank you for a great place to get away from it all.

Condo was perfect for 3 adults. Location was easy to access from major highway and main streets. Very quiet area. Close to freat restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive with all questions we had. I felt like I was at home.

Amazing!

We were there for 3 days and had a great time! The condo is a very nice 2 bedroom with 2 baths and we all felt like home there! The neighborhood was quiet and was close to the freeway also. Many restaurants and grocery stores close by as well! The property manager is very easy to talk to and reply’s to all your messages very quickly! My family would highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in the Gilbert/Chandler area also!

Wonderful

This was our best stay of the trip - wish it could have been longer. There aren't many sundry items in the kitchen for food prep but the layout and location are wonderful. I didn't feel the need to clean my utensils before using them as I do in many a short term rental. The beds were comfortable and the patio is beautiful too enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood.Had some difficulty connecting with Uber ride. Eventually decided to walk to Lemontree Rd.and found my driver.Air fresheners were quite strong inside the condo causing nonstop sneezing but opening some windows cleared the air. May I suggest you provide some tissues?Otherwise I definitely recommend your condo!M. Merriam

Lovely condo!

The condo was clean and ready for us. A little difficult to find at first…closer to Warner. I failed to open every closet and couldn’t find a toaster…my error. Bought one at Walmart. One shower was great…the other not so, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Pictures are accurate.

Wonderful stay! (April 2025)

We were looking for a warm and sunny place to escape the cold spring in Michigan, and this condo did not disappoint. Comfy beds and plenty of space (even with travel golf bags) with dependable wi-fi that allowed a bit of remote work. A short drive to downtown Chandler to sample great dining/pubs, close to walking paths along the canal, a nature preserve and shopping. Our son lives in California and flew in to join us for several days, so bonus family time, too! Our host was super friendly and responsive to answer any question I had, even when the answer was right in front of me (what's the wi-fi password?). Will definitely return to this area. Thanks for a great Spring Break!

This was our first time getting a Vrbo in this area. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. The listing was accurate, and there were no surprises when we arrived - everything was clean, and the host left a few nice hospitality touches throughout. We ended up having to stay an extra day due to flight problems, and the host was very accommodating which made our lives much easier. They were very communicative leading up to our stay all the way through until we left. I am marking this property for the next time we are in the area. A great place!
