Nouveau 2 chambres, 1 cabine rustique de bain dans le centre historique de Cotter, Ar. À 2 minutes de la célèbre rivière Blanche, lancement de bateau et parc Cotte. À 20 minutes du lac Bull Shoals et à 25 minutes du lac Norfork. Près des magasins et de nombreux restaurants, 3 terrains de golf dans la région, des randonnées et des visites touristiques. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat de 40 ". La deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles. La salle de bain a une grande douche et laveuse et sécheuse. 2 salons, les deux chambres ont des téléviseurs à écran plat de 50 ", un lecteur DVD, une télévision par câble avec 90 chaînes et un accès Internet Wi-Fi haut débit. Cuisine complète avec cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, cafetière et cafetière Keurig, vaisselle pour 8 personnes, mélangeur, ouvre-boîte, grille-pain et divers ustensiles de cuisine. La salle à manger pourra accueillir 4. terrasse 12x16 à l'arrière avec table de patio et 6 chaises et barbecue à gaz. Foyer devant la maison. Cette cabine est dans un quartier calme, et vous pouvez être à la célèbre rivière blanche en 1 minute. Très proche des magasins, des épiceries et de nombreux restaurants.

This cabin is even better than the listing! We go to this area to fish two or three times each year and have stayed in a variety of places many on the White River. Because the cabin is in the town of Cotter, I hadn’t expected the privacy of this place. Very peaceful but also extremely convenient to everything you need. The owner was very proactive and helpful. Highly recommend

We fished the White River and this cabin is in the perfect location. Off street parking and enough room for our truck and drift boat. Definitely has a great cabin feel with all the decorations. It was very clean and the kitchen had all that we needed.

My buddy and I were in Cotter for three days of flyfishing. We had a fly shop in town nearby and were just a short drive to meet our guide. The cabin has all the amenities we needed plus. After a long day on the water, this cabin proved to be a great respit. we were able to take advantage of the full kitchen with gas stove. The wifi access allowed us to keep current with local fishing news. We had a full range of temperatures from freezing first days to 70s80s last two and the cabin accommodated.

We really liked this place. We come to the area every year to visit family and have always stayed at a different place every time. We will be staying here again if it is available next time we’re in town. The house was fully stocked. All that was needed was food. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The U-shape of the cabin with the galley kitchen between the two sitting areas was really neat. The decor is awesome, the yard is ample size and there’s plenty of hang out space both indoors and out. So close to the White with plenty of parking too.

Went on fishing trip to cotter. The cabin is in east walking distance of south roundhouse shoals and big spring access. It was clean, everything was easy to find. The cabin itself had great workmenship done on it and felt warm and inviting.
